Bathroom smells bad. Staff is rude. I told them to heat my veggie salad. For 20 seconds. They said they cannot do this next time. Salad tasted good.

If I could give my experience at this restaurant a zero stars I would. I placed an online order today and did not mark toasted on my sandwich. I quickly try to contact the restaurant so they can make my order correctly, I call them 4 times no answer. I decide to go to the restaurant before my order is ready so I can advise them to toast my sandwich. I ask the staff if they can toast my sandwich, they say my sandwich is made and they can’t remake it. So they rather me leave unsatisfied with my sandwich vs remaking it. I ask them a couple times to please remake my sandwich because I’d like it toasted. They continue to tell me they cannot. Some lady named Trina is there and claims she was the director of operations, I explain to her what happened and she says “we don’t have a phone” so even if I called they couldn’t do that. First of all how does a subway not have a phone? That doesn’t even sound correct because I’m sure plenty of customers are trying to reach them and are unable to! They proceed to tell me they are unable to remake my sandwich so they rather me leave unsatisfied then remake my $6 sandwich. That’s insane and complete HORRIBLE customer service coming from the director of operations. Angel area supervisor was also there and saying the same. I cannot believe a restaurant would treat their customers this way! All I wanted was my sandwich remade so I could leave satisfied but apparently they are UNABLE to do that. Never experienced anything like this ever.

I understand people have tough days but that doesn’t mean you will not provide the customer care. The sandwich making process was not very pleasant, the person making the sandwich was not in a good mood. We all felt that way. Also, our sandwich was not toasted to the right level.It sucks to pay for something and not be treated correctly. Def not visiting again.

I ordered online for the outlaw sub with some customization to it. I also made it a meal. Never received the meal. I only received the sandwich been calling ever since I received my order at 11:30 and no one is answering the phone. Count your days subway I don’t have money to waste. Get more competent employees.

When I arrived at this Subway just before noon, the woman behind the counter was working on a long order that probably was submitted online. I was the only customer when I arrived but there was soon a line of 5 or 6 customers. She never said anything to any of the customers in the store. Eventually, 3 or 4 customers, including myself, left without ordering. Had she said something like, "Sorry for the wait - only 2 more to go." or something like that, I probably would have stayed. I definitely got the impression that actual customers in the store weren't as high of a priority as online orders.

Ordered via mobile app. Easy process. Food was ready on arrival and staff was friendly. Restaurant was clean. Wish it was open a little later on weekends but that's my only complaint.

I received terrible service from David in the store on 8/2/2023 - I made Several request to have two of my subs made a specific way and David refused to do any of what I asked. At one point he threw the knife down and took off his gloves and said he wasn’t going to make my sandwich and stormed to the back office grabbed his phone put it down then washed his hands out the gloves back on only to then again start making my sandwich and continue to give me a hard time. I have been calling the location today to speak with a manager and no one is answering the phone calling corporate next.

Me and my son went to eat in dinner time. As store was completely except one customer. The only guy who was working didn’t bother to greet us or say hi. We were waiting for our turn as there was one customer before was being helped. When our turn came I asked for teriyaki footlong sandwich, the amount of teriyaki was very less, but we didn’t said anything. Same with the veggie toppings, extremely less, just some sprinkles. When I asked for more lettuce or Spinach, I was straightly told NO. When I requested that I cant see any topping on the sub, So I was told that owner has said NO to extra topping, meanwhile the customer before me was given extra extra tomatoes on her request. And I was told that you People Come with COUPONS, So you will only get this much toppings. At this point, I was totally done and I didn’t argue more with the guy. So I paid my bill and went to the table. Being the general Manager of the Few subway restaurants for more than 3 years, I know the Topic portions very well. If store don’t want to participate in The Coupon Promotions, they should clearly put a note on the outside of the door to inform the customer like the store in Commerce, Texas is doing, Rather than insulting and abusing the customer.Here is the WORST Part, I asked for EMPTY WATER GLASS because we brought our own HOME water bottle for my 4 year old boy. It’s hard for my son to drink directly from Big Jug. The guy Said NO to give water glass and started accusing me of getting free SODA in the Name of Water. I literally made him request but he started shouting and got furious. So when I replied him Back, He started threating physically that he will throw me and my son out of the store. At that time there were no customers present. Yes, He was physically bigger than me for sure and capable of doing that. As soon as customer came, he changed his tone. And started playing VICTIM Card by blaming everything on the owner and the Manager.Guy in the attached photo threatened us physically and abused us.This is our regular go to subway for last more than 2 years and Never had any experience like this ever before. Infact there is one white young guy works who is very down to earth and pleasant. After this kind of physical threating experience I am sure that I will not come back to this store. This Experience compltetely Shooked us.

Service was good. Have not eaten a subway sandwich in 3 years. Their new line of subs $10.81 out the door was NOT worth the money. Bread was not fully cooked and for whatever reason would chew like bubble gum. I will try again in 3 years.
