I went to store and was told rudely that the subway didnt take any coupons. It was lunch time and had to figure out another place to eat. It was such a inconvenience. I will never go to this location again.

Truly disappointed. Ordered a basic, no frills sandwich online, came in to pick up, and employee pretended to not see my name/order after I repeated it 2-3 times. Verified store address on phone with them, but employee claimed to not know their own store address. Finally handed me my order (with my name on it) after saying they didn't want me to go hungry, and it was just a joke. Worst pickup experience ever, stay away.

Minor mistake made on an online order and they went above and beyond to take care of us. Very helpful and very apologetic for the minor mishap. We frequent here often and will continue to do so after this interaction. Francisco in particular was very helpful and more than accommodating.

Pretty good place, no major complaints, friendly guy working the shop, clean.
Ordered online and 2 of the sandwhiches were wrong. went back to fix it but the staff was super unfriendly and claimed i was “trying to do something” and that he doesn’t mess up his work. refused to give me his name and ran to the back of the store threatening to call the police. Big guy with the glasses got a big ego. other lady was nice but unfortunately was caught in the argument. better off eating at the subway 3 mins down at legacy and independence!!

I only order take out here. But most times, there are not a lot of people. The people who work there are very fast with their hands, so much that I think I'm just slow and thinking and processing. I feel bad standing there thinking of what I want in my footlong sandwich as they're just staring at me. Food is on the cheaper side, but not THAT cheap. Don't be surprised and have a couple of $5 on you.
