Not sure what his name is.. Colby or Cody.. but he is awesome. Polite and attentive. However, tonight, there was an Indian guy who was in the sitting area on his phone. When get went to the back to begin making my food, he did not wash his hands before putting on gloves. That is standard procedure EVERYWHERE. I won't be ordering here again unless Colby is there.

Young female made a sloppy sandwich. This is the second time she has made my sandwich and both times was sloppy. Vegetables fell off the bun. Bun was wet. Poor management and poor training.

Lady here did not speak no English, she handed me her phone to tell her what I want & every single time I was clear , her translator was messing up my order , she didn’t toast it the way I ask it was undercooked and nasty . I rather deal with someone who understands and can comprehend and communicate rather than doing through an app that doesn’t even work ! Out of all that I gave her a $1.00 tip which I should have not but out of the kindness of my heart I did.

I had a mobile order that I ordered almost an hour in advance. When I arrived to get my food I was already 10 minutes past my scheduled pickup time. However my food was literally just starting to be made even though my family was literally the only people there. We waited between 10 and 15 minutes for our food just for it to be wrong! By the time we got home to eat our food the restaurant had already closed. When I contacted the owner he was VERY RUDE and told me the only way to do anything was to bring the food that was wrong smh IT WENT IN THE DUMPSTER SO THERE WAS NO FOOD TO BRING!!!! Zia the owner is definitely not the type of person that needs to have any interaction with the public and it wouldn't surprise me for the whole restaurant to get shut down!

what a horrible place! they advertise deals online and deny the order. Subway franchise need to investigate this place. I paid on the Subway app, but restaurant canceled my order without letting me know! Starved all workday because of them.

This was a very clean and organized Subway location. The lady there wasn't very talkative, but she made a lovely sandwich for me just the way I asked and didn't give me any attitude like some people at other locations do. All the food was covered and fresh (except for the spinach, which seems to be wilted at other locations too.) They accept the mail in coupons. Overall, I had a good experience.

They will smash your bread until it’s thin as a tortilla as they cut it and skimp on ingredients.. then ask for a tip during payment. Tip culture is out of control, this is not a tipping-paid job.

Typical Subway...fairly clean and good food. There are 2 female employees that would definitely benefit from a little customer service/communication training. In the afternoon there is usually only 1 person working and the line can get quite long.

There was only 1 employee in there and she failed to make 2 of my sandwiches deluxe (paid extra) and failed to toast and cut the sandwiches as requested. There wasn't a clean table inside. When I called up there to ask about it, she was very rude and didn't care that she messed up. Why would I come back up there for you to remake my sandwich with spit? No thanks

This is what you get when you ask for as little sauce as possible… along with a rude employee who is short and seemingly annoyed that you walked in 30 mins before close time. Now at home and typing this and it still isn’t close time. He didn’t listen to directions, and seems extremely annoyed to be doing his job. Cut the bread jagged and thin so the sandwich gets soggy even faster. Not the first time having such a bad experience either. Nothing but bad experiences lately at this subway. For an employee to do this kind of job (carelessly, rudely) and then customers are prompted for tip when paying is actually laughable.
