Sugar and Spice has the best chicken salad ever. I got one pint of classic chicken salad and two of plum good chicken salad for my book club. Everyone raved about how delicious it was. And the bakery items - pies, cake, and cookies are beautiful.

We found this Gem of a Bakery and it's amazing!! We love the Christmas Cookies especially! This is our second year buying gifts of trays of cookies! Delicious and Beautiful decorated!! So many choices ! The Red Velvet Cookies are my favorite!! Their pies are also delicious!! Go support this wonderful small family business in Plano!!

Overall, I give 5 stars. I give 4.5 stars for food ONLY because I’ve never had the actual food, just baked goods. And the baked goods are delicious. The pies are amazing!!! They have a great selection of flavors and variety. Hands down, some of the best pies I’ve had. The only thing I didn’t care for is the vanilla cupcake. It was dry, lacked flavor and my toddler couldn’t finish it. The strawberry one is great, though! The people are friendly and for having everything fresh, from scratch, the prices are pretty fair. I will say I wish the pies were bigger so they last longer. And I will complain about the hours because this place is so good, you want it all of the time. Definitely recommend!!

The owner is always so pleasant when I visit. That's so appreciated. This is the best bakery in this area. Everything that I've tasted from the Southern Chess Pie, Pecan Pie, Pumpkin Buttermilk Pie, all of the cookies and cupcakes. Delicious!!!

This is a local spot with delicious treats. I feel like that really needs to be said. I've only had the cookies and petit fours, but they really are out of this world. Sugar and Spice is a great place to get decorated treats for the family, but I would hesitate to purchase something for a party or gift because the appearance isn't the same quality you would see from a professional bakery.
