slow for lunch break eating. It seems this restaurant is catering to the drive through and not much given to the dine in people. I miss ordering my food with a human. You have to order from the kiosk and I do wish they had all of their drinks and condiments in one place. The first few times it was a lot of searching for lids,napkins,sauces and figuring out how to order from a device.

Consistently the best Taco Bell in the area, by MILES. If their team during the day runs as well as the night crew, then this could potentially be the best Taco Bell in the world. Trust me, you want to spend money here- it's absolutely worth it.

But now that the manipulations of the federal reserve are reaching the endgame the business model is beginning to show signs of strain.In the golden ages this used to be a taco bell/ pizza hut express. And it was popping. Bought unimaginable quantities of chalupas and baja blasts here back in the day. Tons of students and young people.Sad sight to see here today. The baja blasts are adulterated with aspartame for no reason at all, and the dining room is seemingly never open. Plano is filled with transients from other states.

I'm absolutely loving Taco Bell right now! Their Crunchwrap Supremes are to die for, and the new Cool Ranch Doritos Locos Tacos are a game-changer. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant is always clean and well-maintained. I've been going to Taco Bell for years, and they never disappoint. 10/10 would recommend!

Crazy expensive. $3 for a small drink. I just wanted something to drink and had to give them all my money. In the end, though, I was a satisfied customer. Friendly staff. Also best music in town
The food was the worst. My husband's Nachos BellGrande were stale and cold. But I got food poisoning on the Fiesta Veggie Burrito and Chipotle Ranch Grilled Chicken Burrito. Inferior quality food is one thing but food that affects your health is another. So disappointed as the Nachos Belle Grande is a favorite of my husband's and he usually gets it once a week. He was willing to deal with the food not being as warm as he would like but not stale chips.

My online order of 12 cinnabons was not ready when I got here 15 minutes after ordering. I could not get counter service for several minutes. Finally, when I flagged the one person who takes orders, I told her my order was a pickup, and she turned and left. Later, the person who prepares orders brought it to me. That person (food preparer) is pretty much idle the entire time. If you go through drive-through here, you usually get the best service, but it is still spotty. Go to Custer and McDermott for better service. There, the order taker can see customers when they enter and when they are at the counter.
