Went here because 'bubble tea' was advertised and the Legacy West area is severely lacking in boba shops(Yan Pan in Legacy Hall might be your only option). No clue where Renaissance got their concept of bubble tea from but whatever I was served was NOT it. The menu was unclear about whether the 'bubble tea flavors' referred to the tea or toppings so I asked if I could have a standard milk tea with tapioca pearl, the barista looked at me like I had 3 heads. Neither milk tea or boba was an option despite there definitely being black tea and milk available to the barista but they seemed pretty poorly trained(and clearly already thought I was insane for daring to ask for the most basic boba order), so I didn't want to make things too complicated. Bewildered, I tried to get answers of what my options even were and eventually figured out I could really only get a black tea with fruit syrup. I then made yet another assumption based on every other boba shop I've ever been to that the toppings were popping boba-of course that wasn't the case either. Whatever the 'bubbles' were was something similar to the texture of lychee jelly which is a common boba topping, but I've literally never seen that be the only option before. They're not even bubble-shaped and texture is completely different from boba so I couldn't even pretend this was what I wanted. Coffee is probably fine and there's some sad refrigerated sandwiches available but Prim & Proper right across the street in Neighborhood Goods is a much better option with friendlier and more helpful staff. I was really excited to see bubble tea be offered at a wider variety of places but its almost impressive how this missed every single mark with all the resources Renaissance has compared to the locally owned boba shops all around Plano. Figure or it out or don't bother.

There was a lot of good at this location. The service was great. The staff was lovely. The restaurant was nice and surprisingly quiet on Easter Sunday. The hotel lobby provided beautiful natural light for photos. Hotel parking was validated. This hotel was a great location to meet up with friends and family. Unfortunately, the food wasn't great. The brisket served for brunch was extremely dry. You don't serve brisket in Texas unless you know what you're doing. The chicken apple sausage link was also dry and seemingly not cooked long enough. The eggs were pretty good.

Just trying a random place. Won't be back. It's a fine hotel restaurant. Just not great! It says Asian. More like a little of everything. They recommended the hamburger. Nothing was bad. Just not a great place. I am a foodie. So adjust the feedback accordingly.

This was the worst experience I can remember having at a restaurant in my memory! While the people there were nice, they were incompetent, unorganized and unmanaged. We were seated on time at 8:00 but our drinks were delivered at 8:45 and were almost all wrong. It wasn't that they were busy as only about 40% of the tables were occupied. Food was another hour getting to us and of course was mostly wrong although pretty tasty. They started the calculation of our tab by asking us what we had to drink and eat- because they had no idea and this was before we even had our desserts (which were part of their price fixed deal). They can only improve but I will not be going back.

If we were staying at the hotel and wanted some very good food with great service in a quiet atmosphere without leaving the hotel, this restaurant would be a great choice. But we drove 34 miles roundtrip for dinner and spent over $200. We each had a salad, entree and dessert. We also had a $48 bottle of wine -- one of the cheapest on the menu. Needless to say, the taste was not the greatest. I should have known better. I later realized that it's only $6.50 for same bottle at our local supermarket. That's a healthy markup. The quality of the food, service and atmosphere was great, but just didn't make up for the distance and overall high price.

This Was our 2nd time coming to you for Thanksgiving. Our first year coming to you was 2 years ago. The main food was amazing. However the deserts left a little to be desired. When we came 2 years ago the desserts were amazing you had brownies, pies, cookies and cakes. This year the desserts were like finger food. They were not sweet some of them, the ice cream was melted and spilling everywhere and I was disappointed. Everything else was Awesome. This will not stop us from coming but I thought you should know this.

The Thanksgiving brunch was outstanding and the unlimited mimosas was icing on cake. The service was too good if that's even possible. It was like our table of 7 was the only guests there. The price for the brunch is unbelievable for the superb quality and selection. I'm never hosting thanksgiving again while this brunch is around. I'm still dreaming of all the good food I ate. My guests and I didn't want to leave but all good things must come to and end. Kudos to the chef who prepared my MIL well done prime rib. A crime in my eyes however he truly believes whatever the guest want the guest will get.

I HAVE BEEN TO WHISKEY MOON. THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE EATEN AT OMA. I HAD THE SOUP AND SANDWICH. IT CONSISTED OF: CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP (AMAZING) AND THE PORTOBELLO MUSHROOM SANDWICH (AMAZING). JUST A GREAT EXPERIENCE OVERALL.

We didn't look too closely at where we were booking, but were trying to stay in the Legacy West area. It was a hotel restaurant, and we were the only people in the place. The employees were attentive, accommodating, and personable. The executive chef actually walked us through any questions on the menu and was also super personable. The drink list was small but interesting. My husband had a pecan old fashioned made with a Japanese whiskey that was delightful. Over all, a great evening.

Some food was cold and some was not available like the lamb chops... Trays were not replenished for customers who did the 1:00pm brunch... Since it was Mother's Day, one mimosa drink should have been offered for FREE to the Mothers. Overhaul was OK, deserts were good.

The Mother's Day buffet brunch at Oma was wonderful. They had something for everybody....from breakfast pastries to omelettes to salads, seafood, prime rib, lamb, desserts and more. The ambiance could have been a little better. It was held in a large ballroom with many tables. Other than that, it was a nice experience. They also had a live singer who was very good and sang songs appropriate for the crowd and occasion.
