Its TGI Fridays, I mean I enjoyed what I expect at this restaurant chain. I do not insist they serve the finest dishes, but I think what they serve are always good enough for the price in both taste and portion point of view. I like this 'reliable' everyday restaurant.

Absolute joke. I completely understand staffing issues in the market today, but what I don’t understand is when a business tells people no, basically saying they don’t want my business.We came in a Saturday evening at about 6:30, most restaurants in the area are packed at this time so I was prepared to wait. To my surprise there was no wait here, we were seating instantly to a dirty table. The server said she would return with rags to clean it which never happened. We waited about 15 more minutes and were never even able to place a drink order. When the server finally returned she went on a monologue about how long the wait would be. Like I stated earlier I completely understand staffing issues, but there was only 2 other table occupied in the entire restaurant. I tried to order a drink and was informed they were out. At this point we gave up and went somewhere else. Avoid this place at all costs. They are not only under staffed and will not serve you, they don’t care which is worse. Take the time and go somewhere else.

No one at front door to greet you. Had 3 different people come to my table but no one ever asked how food tasted, guess they already knew the answer. DO NOT waste your time or money eating here. My son used to love TGI Friday’s but doesn’t want to ever go back again.

Delivery today was such a disappointmet. Ordered grilled chicken Caesar salad with a different dressing. Chicken cold, wrong dressing . Paid $10.00 for a brownie dessert with extra ice cream , didn't get any ice cream. I guess Sundays are not a good days for delivery.

Food was very good. I ordered wings and a classic burger. Burger was medium rare, very juicy and tasty.Service was ok, I mean it's an airport joint and it was packed. I would appreciate some hand sanitizer on the table or at the door though. Also tables are super cramped, like you are on to someone else's food.Overall good experience

First time here and will never come back. It took our server over 15 min. to bring our drinks. My whisky burger was so burnt that I couldn't even taste anything passed it. I would've asked for another one but we were on a time frame and service was already lackluster. The restaurant wasn't even busy and we recieved terrible service. Our server also disappeared and we had to go to the bar to pay the ticket. I should've known it was going to be trash when the hostess had to track down the server.

Was so excited because it had been years since I was able to eat at a Fridays, but was very soon disappointed! Service was sloooooooow! Like super duper, 1 person to service the whole place kind of slow... Then, he brought out appetizers with no plates or napkins (even though he knew we were sharing the apps), and we had to ask somebody else for those, and ended up waiting longer! Our potato skins were very undercooked, almost raw, and some sauces (the extra ones we specifically asked for) were missing. The other food was pretty good, but waiting on sauce sides and the refill of our tiny happy hour beers kind of killed any chance of a good experience. Very saddened by this and will definitely never return to this location.

We never review chain restaurants, but this place was great, food was delicious amazing and service was on point! Selina was very delightful and attentive plus gave us good recommendations for our food choices. For sure is a great place.

The overall experience was surprisingly great! Visited the location for dinner between 5:30 and 6:00pm. The location was fair as it relates to aesthetics and cleanliness. The server was friendly and attentive even with six active tables. The food was okay- see details below. Spinach dip- The dip was okay- seems like the original recipe has been modified. The did lacked flavor and the temperature was off- warm closer to room temp. Bucket of Bones - the ribs were tasty but room temperature, so that was a disappointment. The wings were also delicious, but the temperature didn't meet my expectations. Friday's has potential.... just need to tighten up on the food temperature and maybe update the decor- it's a bit dated.

I walked in and immediately had a warm welcome by Fred, and I've had a smile on my face ever since. Fred isn’t your typical greeter/Host, he’s the cook in the back and loves his job so much, that he enjoys coming out from the back and interacting with guests making them laugh, and ensuring all of their needs are met to his high level of expectations. He took mine and my wife’s order and made sure it turned out better than ever expected. Fred is awesome, and the next time you come, ask for Fred and you’ll have the most enjoyable experience ever.

No customers in the entire restaurant, and yet no one could be bothered to help the To Go customers. How did this place survive COVID when so many MYCH better restaurants failed?

The place was almost completely empty, only had about 5 customers inside. No music playing, so very quiet. We both ordered the 6 ounce steaks, my wife asked for medium rare and got a rare steak, I ordered my steak medium well and got a medium rare, full of grizzle, I ordered it with the house sald and garlic bread sticks, what I got was the salad and two scoops of mashed potatoes, I had to ask for the garlic stick and when they came out, they were just hot bread sticks with no garlic on them. The place looked like it was on it way to shutting down. The waitress was friendly, but the food is not worth the price. We will never go back.

When first walking into this location you wonder why it is so empty. After waiting forever to be seated, you know why. When the waitress finally comes from the back and notices you she'll take you to a table. Then she will go hide in the back again. Eventually will ask for your drink order but make sure to order the food too before she retreats to the back again. You may be able to get a refill if you can get her attention after she's done serving another table. The food will be good (except the mozzarella sticks will upset your stomach like it did us) but just be prepared to wait for it. Overall it was a poor experience at TGI Fridays.

Easily the worst restaurant experience ever. They got our sodas drinks flat and tasty oddly like garlic 3 times. The waiter was unprofessional. The food tasted like straight rubber and smelled horrible. All the manger could do was give us 20% of food that all of us took one bite of the plate. They got it all wrong…id rather go dine in at Taco Bell that go there. Take ur money else where
