My family and I came to your establishment tonight and we got four different gelatos. My son, who asked specifically, if there was any nuts in his ice cream was told "no." He has a severe nut allergy but we thought this would not be issue since we asked specifically regarding this. The staff member then displayed carelessness by not cleaning the scooper between each scoop, allowing nut residue to get on my son's ice cream which caused him to have an allergic reaction with swelling and itching in the mouth. We are very unhappy and will not be coming. This is very dangerous.

Super tasty ice cream (indeed it is gelato). Pistachio, bitter chocolate and bubble gum are my favorite flavors. I believe if they can be found under ice cream category on Google maps, they will be visited more and more people have chance to have this amazing gelato.

Very cute and cozy Gelato place right in downtown Plano. We stopped by and enjoyed our treats on the way to the park. They have a lot of wonderful flavors so both your adventurous gormands and your picky eaters will be satisfied with the selection.
Me and my girlfriend's went and grab some 2 scoops gelato in a cone. I grab coffee and ferrero Rocher it was a delightful treat. Tho when you get into the place it is very hot. I don't know maybe the person who was watching the store got cold behind the gelato bar. Anyway 2 scoops was too much for us. Next time we'll get only one scoop. Lol

First time here! I would give it a 4.5 overall, I got the rose gelato and loved the flavor! It wasn't too strong or sweet, but was permeating throughout to give a constant floral flavor. Really good and delicate! The ice cream is stretchy, I think they add gum to give it more texture. I like this texture, but just keep this in mind. It was $3.69 for one scoop, and $5.69(?) for two scoops, which seems pretty expensive but it was more ice cream than I expected. They have a lot of flavors from chocolate, to fruit flavors, to sorbet. Interior is very colorful orange and blue, and service was good. I would come back again to try more!
