Very disappointed with small portion and high prices. Food came out quickly and didn't appear fresh. This place was deserted when we came.

We went around peak lunch time and there were no other customers. Overall environment appeared sketchy, but decided to give this place a chance. Overall ended up being very dissatisfied. Very small portions and high prices.

Very disappointed. SMALL portion of food for very high price. The "big plate chicken" now comes with hardly any noodles- basically forcing you to pay additional $5 for just a little bit of noodles. The lamb dumpling was also basically inedible - even owner/cook apologized to us that they fell short in quality. My message to owner: it is better to make small profit from many happy customers than to try and rip off a few unhappy customer.

Their food is an acquired taste. This nothing like Chinese food as we know it.

The service and the food was excellent! We got the oxtail with glass noodles, the big chicken plate, dumplings, and the yogurt, and each dish was perfectly cooked and delicious! This was my first time having these dishes and I was superrrr impressed! The decor in the restaurant is beautiful as well.

This is first time to have Xinjiang food and not sure if a good choice to bring friends for a meal. We ordered lamb skewers, gosh naan, big plate chicken and lamb shank polow. Surprisingly they're all very delicious and authentic. We'll agree to come again.

We tried Uyghur food for the first time. Everything we tried was very good. The big plate chicken with handmade noodles and the lamb skewers were particularly delicious. I'm excited to go back and try other dishes. The staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful.

Rakmat!!! (thank you in Uyghur) - I lived in China almost 15 years. Uyghur cuisine was prevalent and plentiful. When we returned to Dallas it was the one ethnic cuisine we simply couldn't find ... and missed so much... UNTIL NOW!! My knees almost collapsed when I first saw the sign after shopping at the nearby Ztao, and I made a beeline for the door to eat even though I was already full, I didn't care!!! IT WAS SO AUTHENTIC HOLY MOLY I'M TELLING YOU. PLEASE SUPPORT THIS FAMILY!! Recommend 大盘鸡 (big plate chicken) and 羊肉饭(mutton polo rice)!!

Turan Uyghur cuisine is Central Asia food with a mixture of Iranian, Turkic, and Northern Chinese spices. The stir-fry (handmade) noodles with beef, bell peppers, and green onions was delicious, but I would recommend tenderizing the chunks of beef by mallet or a baking soda soak to elevate this dish. The (ground lamb) dumplings is also delicious with a not over powering lamb taste and the handmade skin has just the right texture, but I recommend the ground lamb stuffing be less coarse by finer grinding to make the stuffing more tender. I would definitely return to this restaurant even if the prices are slightly on the high side.

Food was average and a little on the pricey side. I think you'd get a lot more flavor by going to a Thai restaurant or a northern Chinese cuisine (Hunan or scezhuan food). Service was great though, very friendly staff.

We tried Samsa and Dumplings and they were best. The lamb shank pillow is also very good. I would say the prices are a slight on the higher side.
