Not a fancy place, but great Italian food and service. This is a BYOB place so you know you will always have a good pour to enjoy with your favorite dish. Our group enjoyed and sure we will be back.Kid-friendliness: They welcome families. Kids menu options.

Slow service,Food wasn't what was expected... Not much taste. We had Lobster ravioli with no lobster and would have preferred Alfredo sauce but it wasn't offered. Also had Fettuccine Alfredo and it was gritty and cold. Good thing we have better Italian Restaurants closer to us!

We decided to have a late lunch, and opted to come here to try somewhere new. It was a great choice! The food was freshly made and delicious. I ordered the baked combo as entrée along with fried ravioli and house salad. Even the salad dressing was tasty. Will definitely be back.

We eat here sometimes and it's usually good when the young man is there. They had a waitress there that had a terrible attitude, she didn't bother to bring the lunch menu and when she did she could only find one and acted like she was so bothered about it. Won't be back and we have been going there off and on for over 10

Had a lovely evening at Verona tonight. The food was amazing from the artichoke dip to the tiramisu and lemon chello dessert. Flo was amazing as always, great sense of humor and took care of every detail and request.

$90 with tip! Was willing to pay for good food. This place served us 2 Antipasto Salads with grey sour salami and brown lettuce. And BOTH of our Sicilian pizzas were like a cardboard brick. When I went in to voice my concerns, the employee stated that the crust is "hit and miss" and that I could get some credit for the salads. I'm good! Didn't ask for a refund, don't want anything else.

Ordered lasagna at lunch. Service was good. The lasagna was not. It was overcooked and the pasta(noodles) were unchewable.

My husband and I ate dinner at Verona tonight. It was fantastic! I had the salmon and my husband had chicken piccata. Both were extremely flavorful and satisfying! We will definitely be back. They also have gluten free pizza which I will be trying next time.

I started buying pizza at Verona Italian Cafe in October 2022. I tried the chicken Masala, and it's good as well! The portion is fare. The pizza is the best I've had in Texas so far. I don't like the pizza sliced in huge slices. If you are buying the pizza for a group, you would have to buy triple the amount you expected with huge slices. I have never bought a pizza with slicez larger than the sample slice added to this review? . I came to Texas from California 2019. I must say. I like the way things are done in California. The people in Texas like to talk about California prices. Texas is very expensive. The good is good here at Verona, and the prices are fair. I recommend this place.

We went for the appetizers-the fried chicken wings. This was our second time coming here, and both experiences were very nice! The first time, we had things along with another meal, the waiter was wonderful; the second time we came back here, the waitress was very nice too! We enjoyed it!

This is a terrific neighborhood spot with classic Italian dishes. It's BYOB, but Kroger is just a quick walk across the parking lot if you want a bottle of wine. Service was good even on a busy Friday night. Save room for dessert. Their tiramisu is delicious.Dine in: Yes

Usually a favorite. Must have changed chefs. Really off night with the Minestrone not tasting anything like the name it conjures, not even the color. More of a brown gravy barely covering the bottom of the bowl. The Chicken Picatta was a major disappointment this time around. Pieces of chicken on top a few noodles with a watery tasteless sauce. On the plus side our servers were excellent as usual.

SO AMAZING! Everything is so good. My favorite is the pizza and baked ziti. I don't know what he puts in the meatballs- they are addicting! The prices are fair, the atmosphere is great and you can't beat the food!Vegetarian options: have salads and other optionsKid-friendliness: family-friendly atmosphereParking: in front of the building. It is also located in a grocery store parking lot, so there's tons of parkingWheelchair accessibility: has a ramp and no stairsDietary restrictions: Have salads and other ways to tailor to fit your dietary needs

We have been coming to Verona's for many years and have always enjoyed it. We can tell the owner has taken the extra time to make sure the ingredients are fresh and the food is prepared deliciously. Honestly, we have tried just about everything on the menu and it's all good. The desserts are also very good, the cannolis are made with real ricotta cheese, yum. We also like that it is BYOB. This makes our going out-to-dinner budget easier. Last night I had the salmon Verona and it was delicious. The portion of salmon was generous and the seared exterior was done well. If you want to enjoy good Italian food you should make your way over and try it.
