Tried this place for the first time today and met a friend in person for the first time too. Such a fun atmosphere and I love how it's never crowded. I tried the vitality bowl and the temptation drink with almond mild instead of coconut milk as I hate the taste of coconut. They were so good! But note that self. Will only get small bowls as the food is very much filling and healthy and overall delicious! Way to go vitality bowls! I downloaded the app so expect me regularly!

We went for salad and grain bowls, and they were overpriced and disappointing. Maybe their fruits and acai bowls are better, but the salad and grain bowls are made mostly of average lettuce, they are small, and they charge 50 % more than competitors.I'll stick to Salata, Snappy Salads and Original Chop Shop, any time.

Honestly I didn’t know it was possible to take this long to make a smoothie. Waited almost 20 minutes in an EMPTY restaurant for 2 smoothies that cost almost $20. Go elsewhere.

Very poor service! I've waited for 20 minutes for my large tropical bowl. It was my first time trying this place since it's closer to me than Nektar. However, I think I rather drive the further distance to get faster service.The staff never provided me an update 10 minutes in of waiting. I asked at the 15 minute mark. They told me they were backed up, which is possible on Saturday at noon. However, at the time of order, they should have told me how backed up they were. I feel like staff was probably working on food app orders.Very horrible experience. I only saw two people waiting before me. So if they were backed up by other online orders, they should have prioritized the people in front of them. I would not recommend this location at all due to the service. None of the employees compensated the 20 minute wait.. The only difference is that this place has substitute for gluten free options and honey instead of agave at Nektar. Even though gluten free option was horrible....it was basically gluten free cereal in my bowl. Not gluten free granola as they market it on menu. Save yourself time and go to Nektar.

Went inside to drier the pickup an order, but no one came out from the back for over ten minutes to ask for my order while the entire store was empty. They saw me waiting multiple times but never came out.
