This is a pretty cool place. Nice bar, cool people, good times. The French fried taters are the best I have ever had in my entire life. I consider myself a French fry aficionado, so I should know.

I found this place recently and, because it's close, my wife and I thought we'd give it a try with friends on a Friday evening. Check-in was courteous and easy. Our friends had found a table near the dance floor and we all settled in for an evening of fun. The server was absolutely fabulous, friendly and attentive but not pushy. The DJ's music was where it should have been...in the background so we could still have a decent conversation with our friends. The band (starting at 9pm) was solid and danceable but needlessly loud for such a small venue. At one point my wife and I couldn't even recognize what they were playing because it was so loud and distorted. The crowd was friendly, courteous, and mostly age appropriate (50-70s). The most disappointing aspect of the evening were the drinks. Four vodka tonics and I could still have gone bowling or even ice-skating (at home I have 2). We will be back but sticking to beer.

Perhaps I only make it by this place when the attendance is low. I couldn't tell you what day people actually congregate in this place, It's all over. If you have more than 20 draft beers, but the taps are turned off of 17 of them, what does that tell you. Same issues there was with Local Public House before.

Called at 3pm to reserve a table. Left message...no one called back. Called again. at 5:00 to follow up on message.. spoke with a girl that said the manager would be In soon and he would call us back.. she asked please dont come because we didnt call you back.. we will have a table for you. So we gather our party together and headed to the club... just to find out the whole bar has been rented out since last week!!! bad Business.. Communication with your employees might save some loss of business
Use to go here YEARS ago. Thought of checking it out again and realized not only had they moved but they moved into an even smaller place Not only was it smaller, but it was table and chairs with no mingling...?? Needless to say we did not stay ... and more than likely not return.

Nice place, a bit small and cozy, but on weekend nights, some great local country bands will play, the regulars will dance - I even might've convinced my wife to join me on the floor for a few minutes - and the chips and queso with ground beef are absolutely to die for. Drinks are cheap, service is quick. Only downside was my sloppy joe was a bit unimpressive, and that seems to be the dish they're known for based on other menu items that incorporate it, but I'd definitely go back for apps, drinks, music, and friendly service.

ThIs bar is a gem! It's cozy and clean with a fun atmosphere. The bar tender makes an AMAZING old fashioned, and the signature fireball shots will not disappoint. The live band and DJ add life to the party. It's clear the owners have poured their hearts and souls into this neighborhood hangout. Enjoy!
