Never really busy when I come. Always clean and have wipes. From what I see everyone wears mask and when I have a question they are always willing to help. One the thing I hate is that there fruit is Nasty. Omg it's either molded or just a nasty taste. I buy everything I need from the but the fruit and this is why I cannot give them a 5 star rating. I'll rather drive to traders joe or wholes food.

If I could, I'd give zero stars! Hate this place! The workers there could careless about being there, have loud conversations using profanity with each other while stocking and use profanity while stocking the shelves. Waited around for a while in electronics for someone to come help me. Don't bother asking any other employees that walk by for help because their response will always be "This isn't my area." And they keep walking. It's almost like their trained to say that. The self checkout stations are NASTY! It looks like the employees never wipe them off.

Hours: open until 10pm.Many employees don't wear masks, and those that do mostly cover mouth but not nose. What's the point of not covering your breathing hole? Total sham. Makes me not trust their promises to clean and sanitize.

Used pickup order for first time here. I don't like this location. People always begging in parking lot. The crowd that shops here is one of the worst. I don't dislike all walmarts either. In fact, I liked this one years ago. They just ignore issues like teens rising the handicap carts and such. I try to avoid it but the online app showed this location had stock that others didn't. I've been outside almost an hour waiting on pickup. The number to call doesn't work. The app seems screwed up. After about 40 minutes someone asked me my name. Cars that replaced the last cars around me are getting their stuff. Worst store ever.

I just got a cake there and had them write happy birthday on it. I hate to say this and be mean but it looks terrible. It looks like they never wrote on a cake before. My 8 year old could have done a better job. Just really disappointed. I would post a pick but it won’t let me.

This has to be the worst Walmart I have ever gone to, the management is a joke, the people who work here literally look miserable, they don't treat their employees right! This whole place is honestly a joke, and that's saying a lot because this is Walmart

Tire and lube tech is incompetent. Stay away. I came for a quick air check and they ruined my tire. The tech lied to me over the phone then denied in front if the managers that he never told me what I repeated. That is very untrustworthy. I know next time I will hold off and go to my regular place further away.

Shop here almost on a daily basis you cannot beat the prices they have everything from car batteries diapers kids clothes men's clothes food McDonald's a bank get your nails done get your eyes looked at. And I don't even Don't really like Walmart too much stuff from China but I am on a budget and I to provide for my kids
Someone had opened my drink and drank it... out of a pack of 12. I went to return it and the manager said no, because she said, "maybe you tried one and didn't like it." I left the entire box there and walked away.

God forbid you ask anybody in the self check out line to help you check out. Three employees standing around doing absolutely nothing-while I needed assistance. Thanks Wal-Mart! Once again, I am reminded of why I should drive the extra quarter of a mile to Target or Costco.

My son left his book bag with the door greeter as he entered the store. He went out a different door and forgot his book bag. When went back to get the bag it had been stolen, and we found out that one of the associates there had stolen it and his wallet was in the bag. I talked to the store manager and he basically said he saw on video where his associate had went through the book bag and stolen my son wallet and it's ok. He needs to be fired and so does the old a** Indian lady that be at returns, she stole my son wallet. Asset protection suppose to be calling me back. I've been waiting for a week. WORST WALMART ON THE PLANET!!!!

I usually shop at 99 Ranch that's across the street from here, and then come here when I need some American groceries, haha. I've been here a few times mostly out of convenience. I don't really shop at the non-food section but I can tell by the layout that this is an older Wal Mart store and the grocery area was added on recently. This Wal Mart isn't always as organized as some other locations (like Allen and Lucas), but I'm assuming it is because it is a popular location. Sorry to be picky, but I like organized and quiet shopping experiences. Other than that, this is your standard Wal Mart! It is located right by the 75 freeway and a McDonald's is inside the store as well.

It was a painful experience and unfair to customers with how Walmart strategies operates now. This used to be my go to stores but might not be anymore because other groceries stores in this neighborhood cares about their customer service. When you had to scan your groceries, bag it, and the staffs just walks around looking at you like all the animal species in the zoo's. If I could give Zero for what the management of this company has don, I would have. Walmart has drop the human cashiers in place of all self checkouts. So, you are responsible for scanning all your produce and etc, etc!!!!!!. What happened to all the hard working human cashiers, why letting them go?? This is another stupid way of doing business. This is horrible and you guys need to change it back the way it used to be. Absolutely, I'm not going to do all that work while people are looking for work because your managements want to save money for the riches!! I will be doing my groceries at your competitors starting from today because I have had enough of your bullshitishness!!! Yes, yes. I'm really not happy after scanning a cart full of groceries at your store and blamed myself for not walking out, these are things we have to endure for the sake of families. Get your s*** together or you will be closing more stores sooner. Let me know if have problem with my complaints Xoxo.
