After years of dealing with this location only being able to process one order at a time (you order, pull up and wait for 10 minutes to pay, wait 15 more minutes for your food to come out, and THEN they take the next order), this past week it seems like they’re not taking orders at all. When I went through the drive through on 3.11.24 I was the ONLY person there. No cars in the parking lot, no one in the drive through in front of me, and they still told me to “hold on” for 22 minutes. A line of about 15 cars piled up behind me and all eventually drove off (flipping me off and honking at me like I was the one holding everything up). After I mentioned they just lost 15 cars in line that drive off, they again yelled at me to “HOLD ON!!!” Next step after this review is contacting corporate, as I’m sure they’re not keen on losing so much money due to the worker incompetence there. With 5 people working, we shouldn’t have to wait almost half an hour for someone to take an order.

Absolutely garbage. No one apparently can take an order and get it right the first time. Then when you ask them to fix it, they all get attitude like you messed up. Took 20 mins for 2 cars to go through the drive thru. I'd rather eat something I found in their parking lot.Edit: after waiting for fixed food. It was still wrong. And they got even more attitude. I honestly hope everyone there is fired and the staff is replaced. None of them have the or the intelligence to put fast food Burgers together

Y’all need to do a better job of checking your Uber eats order. Y’all left off half of my items and left off the sauce for my nuggets. Who bags nuggets with no sauce when it’s on the ticket? So this Wendy's was out of everything. No paper towels in the bathroom. No coke or sprite in the machine. No ice either. No ketchup cups. Wow. The tiny burger which was way overpriced had lettuce like seaweed. Almost inedible. I will stick with

Like 90% of Wendy's, it is struggling. Got an oatmeal bar here and it was hard as a rock. Been sitting since 2022 probably. Would not be surprised if it ultimately shuts down. A shame because the food is is cheaper and better than anything McDonald's has to offer.

I went to this location order my food in drive-thru. I was asked to pull up because they where making fresh food. Just to only receive my food and its not fresh, stale as ever I couldn't even eat the food because it was trash. I'm never going back to this location.
