I came Thur the drive Thur last night around 9pm and whoever was taking my order your could tell she was new but also speedyWhen done with my order she said my pleasure. I came to the window to be greeted by a beautiful smile , I told her she was the nicest person all day she is a wonderful person with excellent customer service

It always amazes me how some of these restaurants think that, they can get away with putting garbage tomatoes and lettuce on their burgers, without people noticing it! And you wonder why your sales are down? Dummy your quality stinks. I should have known, after paying for the food it was immediately given to me! Don’t worry you got me this time, there won’t be a secound! A note to Wendy corporate, this unit is seriously lacking, it’s shameful!

The food was decent, but...They forgot to give me my credit card back.I went all the way back, expecting an apology.They didn't even apologize, and just walked away after putting the card on the counter.

Great service and consistent food quality. It’s Wendy’s. McDonald’s level quality. The interior of this store is like a Time Machine.
Traditional American fast food restaurant, as many of the others, plain, no much different from the one offers chicken or beef, way difference made the roast beef.

Night menu drive thru is always compromised. Order whatever you like, the night drive thru will screw it. Happened to me 4 nights ago and I have reported to the management and corporate. Daytime it is a different restaurant all together and quality is good but night food is always low quality. They gave me wet burger crumbs and raw steamed beans on watery fries on a full order of chilli cheese fries. Also half sized portions always in the night drive thru. I even tried to order without the app. If anyone is listening kindly contact me.

Food was OK at best, burgers were small, fries were room temp, no napkins, one drink short, no ketchup in dispenser and counter staff looked put out to get me 2 packets. Asked for mustard, got one packet. Won't be stopping there again!

Come if you have a high immune system and don't mind possibly getting sick. Dirty bathrooms and the employees use dirty gloves to make the food. Touch money then touch food. Manager allows employees to practice unsafe food preparation.
