Found this gem in Plano very close to where we live. Price is great especially their sandwich (Bahn Mi) is buy one get one free!It was Sunday evening 530 ish when we went there. Food is great and they also offer variety of different desserts and drinks like Boba tea and other refreshments! Go check them out!

SO HAPPY that What the Pho opened their own establishment!! My husband and I were so sad when they closed from 99 Ranch Market a few years ago. The staff is friendly and attentive. Place is clean. The food is phenomenal. If you like Quoc Bao Bakery in Garland for banh mi, you will love What the Pho banh mi! It’s better!!! The bread is so soft yet crispy and airy! They do not skimp on the fillings in the banh mi either. Very flavorful food. One of the few restaurants in DFW that reminds me of my parents cooking, they are from Vietnam. Their egg rolls are traditional and delicious and their sweet and sour soup with shrimp is so tasty!! Wonderful portion sizes. Come hungry! And don’t forget dessert! MANY different che to pick from!!! ^.^

i’ve come to seriously love this joint!! highly recommend it & everything i’ve tried on their menu so far has been more than delish! i’ve only been to less than a handful of Vietnamese restaurants in my life (most back in nyc’s Manhattan Chinatown bc that’s where you’ll find some of the most authentic flavors you can get from Viet cuisine) & this one is on point in every aspect. Amazing service, cuisine, looks & feels all around for sure ? def recommend their iced coffee (it’s one of the main things the Viets are known for if you’re big on caffeine like i am ??) check it outttt!!!

This place was great! I enjoyed the chicken pho and the chicken wasn’t dried out. Crab rangoons were good as well. Portions were good and they were generous on the meat portions on the pho.

Every time we go there in the morning (at least 4 times), they're always mopping the floor! It smells like cleaning supplies while we eat which isnt the most pleasant. Not sure why they don't clean the night before..Menu is big and lots to try, the curry chicken with egg noodles were good, except the chicken tasted a little off? The garlic spaghetti noodles with cornish hen was good. Eggrolls are same as bistro B!

Love this place!! We went to an old spot we used to go to and quickly realized how much better What The Pho is than anywhere else. From the fresh lemons/limes in the water, to the wonderful tasting food, incredible customer service. We drive about 20min to come here and I'll never go anywhere else again. It's worth every minute. They even had Bob Ross playing on the TV, which I loved!
