Don’t Come here unless you want your food smelling like marihuana !! Almost all of there employees smokes mariguana on there breakTrust me don’t come just go to the back where the trash is or next to this building they’re always smoking marihuanaIt’s a horrible atsmophere help me give nada reviews so it could get to the headquarters

Was able to write this waiting in line lol. The drive through is consistently slow and inefficient. Overpriced for the food quality which is always low. Waiting 20-25 mins in the drive thru line completely defeats the purpose of “fast” food…

I moved across street from the K Avenue location. Sporadically go in for coffee. Didn’t senior citizen coffee was free here, perfect! Today a rude black women with accent said coffee not free for senior citizens . Her name is Chantel she spoke loud enough for whole restaurant to hear. Very embarrassing at 5:30am. I stopped bringing money to this location because coffee free. Chantel loudly kept insisting I buy something.. we don’t do that in America! Chantel eventually gave me a cup for coffee for “ THIS TIME.” She needs an American etiquette class for Whataburger restaurants. After sharing I was sharing my experience on Google she said go ahead. Rude lady with unkempt hair.The coffee had a lot of grinds and I doubt fresh. Could have been from day before.Wheelchair accessibility: Manager Chantel Rude and discriminating towards senior citizens.

Bad customer service, came Friday march 8 9:50 pm seems like the shift manager was having a bad day, I asked for two jr whata burgers and even repeated it three times and they where trying to charge me for two whata burgers regular size burgers. I told the lady at the window it was two whata burgers jr because it seemed they were over charging me. Next thing you know the shift manager who I was told her name is , tells me that I should of told her that In the drive through even doe I mentioned it like three times because I asked for cheese and ez mustard on the two jr whata burgers. She comes to the window all rude telling me that I dint tell her that at the drive through which I did and I’m sure if you’ll have voice recording cameras yall can run it back and hear the whole drive through conversation. I’ve been comming here for years and never have I ever had a problem until now. All she could of done is change the order on the screen and park me with out the need of her being rude and comming all the way out the kitchen and opening the window and telling all that extra stuff. After that she tells me the total and closes the window on me while I try to hand her the money. Please check y’all’s cameras and staff I will follow this complaint to hire ends. As well after reviewing my order they dint do ez mustard and I have the receipt for it as well.Shantell is her name if it’s fake, it will be the shift manager working Friday 9:50 pm wearing a gray shirt.

Just left the drive thru. Asked for a Jr whataburger and emphasized “Jr.” 3 times in the drive thru, got to window and asked if they got a Jr whataburger down like i said. Manager comes over and gave me attitude for no reason saying “why didn’t you say it at the window” told her i said it 3x and still parked me 10 min for those 2 jr whatburgers and patty melt meal. THIS IS THE SLOWEST AND MOST RUDE LOCATION EVER.

One of the best Whataburger service I’ve had in Texas. The team was very polite and courteous. It’s always clean and the team keeps it that way. There are some odd people that come in this place because it’s that kind of neighborhood, but they are just people down on luck and DART rail station is close by.
