Ordered coffee, waited 20 minutes. The kid was talking on the phone, then told us he had to run somewhere while keeping us waiting in front of the store. He came back and coffee was still not prepared. Cancelled my order. Asked for a refund. It took them 5 minutes to give me a refund. Lost for words…

Mold on one of the raspberries and stems on the blueberries. Come on now.... the crepe was good, but please do some quality control and check your fruit before serving....

I just wanted a quick latte and it was really good! My friend got the s’mores latte and that was different!! Not too sweet not too bitter and the marshmallows were a great touch! Didn’t try the crepes but wish I did !!

I love crepes however the places I've been in the metroplex seem to not hit the spot when it comes to my expectations. Today, I was pleasantly surprised and felt like, they got this one right (to the point that I forgot to get a picture because we dug right in and didn't stop!) So they have options of sweet or savory and you have the option to build your own. They also make your crepe in front of you so you get to see what is happening. I decided to get the cookie butter crepe with a scoop of ice cream and I have NO REGRETS!!! The person making my crepe had me a little nervous as I felt that as they were pouting the crepe it was looking thin in spots where when the cookie butter was added it was going to rip. However finished product, it didn't take away from the taste. It was delicious, not to sweet, warm, yummy and delicious. My draw back, they don't have designated seating, so I was walking with a platter looking for a spot and at one point trying to balance my tray, praying that I didn't drop it. The staff were nice, informative when questions were asked (and I had a few) and overall provided great customer service. I'm ready to try my next crepe!

Late night sweet tooth cravings answer is this place. The crepes were good and service was quick as well. But it used to be better.

Crepe had a good flavor. Some of the berries were clean and ripe. The whip cream had no sweet flavor. Needs to be quality checked.

Their Nutella crepes are one of the best!! I am sad that they are closing their legacy hall location ?

We came by tonight to get a crepe and we were chastised by the cashier for having our baby close to the cash register. I don't think I have received such disparaging and poor customer service at a restaurant or food spot in Plano in my life. The crepe he made was also drenched in whip cream. We ended up throwing it away as it was not edible. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

This is a great place for Crepes. It is located at the Legacy Food Hall. We wanted a dessert and wanted to try this spot. Service was great! The employees were friendly and one also suggested her favorite when I asked for recommendations. She recommended the Nutella with strawberries so being that it was my first time there, I went with her suggestion. The Nutella with strawberries was yum. The crepe was good and not too soft. The Nutella with strawberries and powdered sugar mixed well together. It was a bit thin but was good! I would definitely return to try a different crepe as they have many different ones that they make not just sweet ones.

There was absolutely no line Friday night at this place so I decided to get three drinks on their menu for us to walk outside and keep warm but I wasn’t ready for this type of service! The male who took our order was not the friendliest and the short young girl there was literally using her shirt to open/close the metal whipping cream can. She was at the back counter giving us her back and probably thought no one could see her but ..we did. Nonetheless, we waited for our drinks even after we saw our barista make them and just leave them unattended by the coffee machines.About 10 minutes later, after another customer was waiting to purchase , we get told that they had a hard time with the whip cream for our nutel-latte,hot chocolate and s’mores latte and just handed us the drinks. The only good thing about the drink was the photo I took before we tossed the drinks and walked over to Starbucks. Worst $15 photo prop I’ve experience thus far.

Service: 1/5Value: 2/5Food: 4/5Food was pretty good. Got an egg sandwich (the Cowboy). But it cost $9 which is pretty expensive for an egg sandwich. The service was pretty bad. Took my order but forgot to put it in. Waited 10 mins for nothing, had to ask them before they realized and another 5 mins before it was ready. Staffed by 3 kids who really didn't seem to care. Even though the food was good, I wouldn't recommend based on the prices and service.

Terrible service is the reason for this negative review. We really love crepes and were so excited to try out Whisk & Eggs. We ordered ahead so that we wouldn't have to wait. We went to their stand when the time said it would be ready and someone didn't come and help us for over 5 minutes, although I was standing by the register. When they finally did, they said the food wasn't ready yet. It took them another 5-10 minutes for the food to be ready, even though they didn't seem that busy. The workers really seemed like they didn't want to be there at all and it was all just very frustrating. When we ended up getting our food we weren't impressed. It wasn't worth the wait or the money. I recommend going to Press Waffle instead, it was much better and the service was great.
