Have been ordering Zalat for years. It was mind blowingly good before it became popular. Tonight my order was absolutely terrible. Undercooked pepperoni with no flavor and the Srirancha had almost no Sriracha. A Totinos, some ranch, and a bottle of Sriracha would have been way better. Hope these guys slow down and focus in quality again. Otherwise, won't be ordering ever again.

I ordered 2 pizzas from them. I've had them before. I ordered takeout, 15-20 minute wait. I got the 14" Pepperoni Masterclass and a 12" NY Pepperoni that I added sausage and tomatoes to. They were waiting for me when I arrived. I was a couple minutes after the estimated time. I had to drive them home and then walk my dog so they weren't hot, just warm. They were cooked well. There was also a ramiken of what tasted like ranch dressing, it was good, but I didn't use it with my pizzas. I think I like the masterclass better, it has more flavor than the other one. I feel it's decently priced for fresh pizza. Not cheap but not the most costly either. They advertise a lot of other flavors of pizza. I'm ordinary and simple. Maybe I'll try the others another evening. Another big advantage for me is they are open late. Most pizza places seem to close at 9pm other than the chain joints. I'll get them again.

Just a really good pizza. We had their pepperoni and some cheese bread. The only problem-the delivery person just left it at the front door...no knock, no ringing the doorbell, nothing. That needs to be corrected-not good service at all.

The worst pizza I've ever had. Severely undercooked and little to no taste, why do you use little to no sauce? It's almost as if the tomato sauce is the most expensive part and they are rationing it! This was my first time eating at Zalat, so I don't know if this is an anomaly, but I won't be eating here again. I got the Pepperoni pizza, definitely would not recommend. I know there's not a lot of good pizza in Texas, but I'd rather have just about any other chain pizza over this one.Edit to reply to the owner: I actually got 2 pizzas from Uber eats (pickup) and while the second one was cooked a little better than the first it still wasn't up to what I would consider decent pizza standards. I would probably give that one a 2-star.
Zalat is always the bomb, fresh crisp crust with fun flavor combinations our favorite is the Thai chicken.

We have always loved Zalat’s (Dallas, downtown Plano) so we thought we would be safe ordering from Parker Rd location. The ‘crust’ was half of the slices, pizza was undercooked and soft. It tasted like an undercooked store bought/frozen pizza. Ordered extra sriracha .. it’s missing. Would not recommend this location at all. Super disappointed.

I ordered through a delivery app and it may have been delivery, but I should have bought Digiorno instead (or literately any other frozen pizza/other competitor). I ordered a pepperoni with additional toppings which apparently translated to a pizza composed of 70% cheeses, 29% (bunt) crust, 0% sauce, and 1% other toppings. I wish i took photos as proof for this order for the review, but threw the pizza away before deciding to voice my opinion. It was not worth the money for this abomination, and has also impacted my opinion on other franchise locations as well.

If you're looking for pizza, it doesn't get any better than Zalat. Their sauce has just the right ammount of tangyness, saltiness, and sweetness, their pepperonis are perfect, and their crust is unbeatable. If you want to have some of the best pizza you'll ever eat, order Zalat!
