Ordered Zalat off Uber Eats at 11 PM and the order was set to be delivered by 11:55. I was notified that the "store was busy" and my order kept getting later and later. Eventually, one of the Uber drivers (drivers would get to the store and then cancel) called me and told me that the store had no lights on at 1 AM and there was no order to even pick up.Waited ~ 2 hours for no food and hungry as hell. Honestly terrible experience.It's a shame because I actually like the pizza but this probably the worst experience I've ever had ordering pizza...I'm probably just going to go back to ordering from Marco's Pizza.

We used to get our pizza from here every couple of weeks, but our last pizza was burned to a crisp. Unfortunately, I didn't discover it until I got home. When I opened the box, it literally stunk up the kitchen like there was a fire. I called to complain, and it was clear the person who answered the phone knew it was burned and let it leave the shop anyway. I asked to speak to the manager but was told they were not in. The person I spoke with told me my credit card would be credited when the manager returned. I never heard a word from the manager, though I left my number for them to call. I never got that refund promised, either. There are plenty of other pizza restaurants in the area that treat their customers much better than this. We won't be going back.

I had Zalat’s for the first time at work. I love their crusts and pizza selections. If I could eat this pizza every day, I would. I hope they open a location near my family in Anna, Texas. Best ever.Dietary restrictions: There are some menu options that do not have as many calories.Kid-friendliness: I think children would love the taste and texture of Zalat’s pizzas. Even little ones.

Let me explain.I have ordered several times through their own app and a 3rd party.- Never pay extra for additional toppings. They even have the option for a specific side. Bc this location sucks i took pictures of my “normal” order without extras and anytime i order extras it looks the same.. consistent in all the wrong places. Also forewarning, they annihilate your pizza with cheaper toppings to make it look like it’s a generous pizza. Now im not a baboon to think it needs to be 50/50 protein / veggie but this location it’s more like 15/85-You can almost GUARANTEE your small side items will be forgotten (ex:soda, cookies, cake,etc). Now through a 3rd party app if it happens; sure, i get it. However their own app and still missing the ball…? It doesn't matter if you opt to a 3rd party delivery it’s up to the business to make sure the driver has everything..And also.. maybe a health tip.. it’s probably not wise to toss a plastic sauce cup on the actual pizza… really couldnt take an extra 3 seconds to put it in the corner huh..?I always have room for error when it comes to pizza spots.. but this location just flat out stinks. They just rely on name recognition. The regional franchise manager should tear into the owner. This isnt the staffs fault necessarily. This could be that they are understaffed during peak hrs so the employees fall short on receipt orders. This is an issue of staffing and poor training.
