"Absolutely disappointed with my experience at kodys . Despite decent food, the ambiance was ruined by the constant smell of cigarette smoke. It's unacceptable in this day and age to allow smoking indoors, especially in a dining establishment. Not returning until they prioritize the health and comfort of their customers."

Well they make a beautiful Bloody Mary as pictured and the taste is amazing . The Fish n Chips are crispy and thick tartar sauce was great . The seasoned fries are a great contrast to the fish... definitely worth the trip ....Wheelchair accessibility: Great ramp very roomy.

Had to pay when ordering so if you want to get additional drinks you have go up the bar and order and pay AGAIN..food was very mediocre and definitely cooked in old grease…asked for salt and pepper and male employee said we had to go to the condiments area and get it ourselves. Dinner for 3 adults (shrimp/fish baskets with 3 shrimp annd two fish tenders) and a grilled cheese….100.00. We will not be darkening the door again. Watched 2 other families look at menu and walk out.

Very tasty! My husband and I both got crawfish po-boys and we shared the crab stuffed fried avocado -- that's avocado is a MUST, it was divine. I could've eaten it as my whole meal!Great affordable cocktails and beer as well. Will definitely keep this one in the books for late night munchies since nothing else on the island is open past 9.

This was one of the first establishments my family visited when arriving in Port Aransas while we waited to check into our condo. Our experience was decent and I had no complaints whatsoever. Food was good quality for the price. The waitress & bartender were both helpful & kind. It does appear to be a run down bar style restaurant from the outside but it wasn’t dirty or unkept by any means. We were satisfied with our experience and will mostly likely give Kody’s our business when we visit Port A again.

Food was okay, nothing spectacular. Great for late night eats. My daughter enjoyed her hamburger and fries.
Went there for lunch. The place was clean. That's the best I can say. The food was below-average bar food. The bloody mary was neh. There is little-to-no service (order/pay at the bar. They'll bring it out to you). Fried fish was soggy. Tomatoes in the side salad were mushy. And, to top it all off, they allow smoking inside. Can't recommend.
