Our cashier was the sweetest!! She looks like she really enjoys her job! Loved her pins on her cap! Have to give credit where it's due! Pleasant people are hard to come by!Decent wait considering the amount of people who frequent here.However the manager (long sleeves) who handed my bf the order, didn't put his 2 spicy ketchup (as the receipt clearly states). Cashier was sure to mark what we requested and it went ignored Principle. Cashier seems more like manager material.
Employees out of control. Received hamburger cold after waiting over 15 min or more. Sent burger back to be warned and received it back fire hot and burned my mouth. Cook apparently had problem with food being sent back to be warmed. Needs to be fired.

I go here nearly every night after work which is terrible for my health and wallet but great for my mood bcuz all the people that work here are really friendly, attentive, and very good at their jobs. The food is always spot on and the restaurant is clean. Katie (not sure how its spelled) in particular on overnight shifts is awesome very personable and helpful. ?
