When ordering online I HIGHLY recommend you describe your design of the cake in the instruction box. I just picked up my cake and it was the wrong design. They did offer a 30% off on my next cake order or they redo it BUT not on same day. So if you get a cake get it day before or you'll be stuck with wrong cake like me. The workers are very friendly and very polite I just wish the one who decorated would have paid attention to the actual design # . I WILL order from them again and I do hope my next experience will be better.

I have always bought cookies on Saturday at around 9:50 AM.all of the sudden these new employees 3 of them present one of them tells me they don't open until 11:00.First they let me and my kids just stand there staring at the cookies and them. They stare at us and then look the other way pretending we don't exist then they decide to let us know they are closed.Let people know you are closed as soon as they stand there or put a sign that says opens at 11:00

Every year for my boys' birthdays, I get a giant cookie cake made for them. They always do a fantastic job. This year I asked them to draw something a little harder on my sons cake. And They did an AMAZING job! Made my son was so happy. Thank you.

I don't know what happened but this cookie cost over 67.00 and it was not a good cookie, the cookie used to be thick. It was a birthday cookie for my granddaughters 21st birthday, not good, too thin, a 1 is overrated. I hope they would go back to their original cookie. I won't buy again. This cookie was not good, we looked at each other and said what happened to this cookie. we hadn't bought a cookie in a few years.
