Customer service was amazing! I ordered something that I thought would be different (my fault it was clearly on the menu). Our server noticed I didn’t eat much and offered to make me something else. I told her it was no big deal, it was on me…she insisted. You could tell she wanted me to be happy with the food and service provided, and we were. Our family will for sure come back here again.
My experience was actually not at I Heart Mac and Cheese, but instead next door at Antro Bar on Jimmy Johnson in Port Arthur, Texas. Amid a little mixed up with waitstaff, the GM Troy came over and made my virgin experience here worth while. The drinks were great and the wings are excellent. Troy is a Godsend. If you're in the area, try them out. I highly recommend.

One of the best experiences I've had in the area. Service was great, he was very helpful and patient with my decisions. Threw a lot of suggestions to help me find th perfect combo. Food was delicious as well, will def recommend and look forward to eating here again.
