I’ll give one star for service because as far as I could tell… he was actually trying. This location is just like the other jack in the box locations around here full of people hired right off the street. This dude was running the place like it was a jail pod. I wouldn’t be surprised if whoever owns these local jack in the box locations delt in nefarious activities because there is not any way possible that these places are being successful enough to stay open on their own. I said what I said. They are alway empty parking lots because the locals know better and on top of that if there is any way possible that they are making legitimate money it’s by tricking people that don’t know any better than not to eat at these locations(seen it first hand with an Australian guy). I have to go to Winnie tx for my jack in the box fix. Sad.EDIT: I’m taking my one star back for such a generic and pathetic response the owner gives to customers.

ITS NO WONDER THERE WAS 1 CAR IN THE DRIVE THRU AND I WAS THE ONLY ONE IN THE RESTAURANT. BECAUSE YOU CAN'T EVEN HANDLE THAT MUCH BUSINESS. IN THIS ALL CAPS?? YES IT IS BECAUSE THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!!!! I STAND THERE FOR 5 MINUTES IN LINE AND YOU JUST MAKE 1 HAMBURGER AND STARE AT ME LIKE I DID SOMETHING WRONG AND INCONVENIENCED YOU. The food is alright but service seriously needs some work and more employees. There’s always only 2 people working at all times so you gotta wait at least 15 minutes for your order, only to find out it’s wrong. Do better ya’ll, it’s really not that hard.

When I drove up the employees were outside talking to someone who did not work there. I had to wait for 3 minutes until they told me to wait....another car drove up behind me. I placed my order with ..1 order of egg rolls and 2 ranch style chicken club sandwiches. I paid for them and was told to pull to the front. When I got home there was no ranch just chicken lettuce tomato..1 vslice and 1 piece of bacon. When I tried to call them I got no response...
Been at work 12hrs today in the heat and I stopped by jack in the box this evening to get 2 Jr. Jumbo Jacks with cheese a minis munch box and a 10pc nugget. Nobody was in the drive thru or lobby. I went inside to see what’s going on and everyone is just chilling and sipping drinks why the customers are just waiting. I’m baffled at the whole situation. Never again I waited almost 20mins .

Tonight at 10 I went through the drive through and waited at the speaker for 5-10 minutes being the only person in line then as I left I seen an employee sitting at the window just watching.

This location is total KRAAAP!! Go to the one by Walmart!! Employees were trying to close the store by 8pm. Didn't want to honor the online order we placed last night!Had parking lot lights off.. and the drive through menu off!!Could barely get someone to come to the window.. these people need to be fired
