I understand the establishment closes at 2 & I arrived at 1:15, 45 minutes before closing. They were probably ready to go home & had a long night. I don't belittle that at all. But if the door says they close at 2, I would never in a million years expect to be quite literally THROWN out of the door. Miss Jennifer, larger older lady in charge of security I assume, was VERY rude at the door. She informed me they were closed, even though it was 45 minutes before the posted closing time on the door. I asked to use the bathroom, at which point she put her hand on my shoulder & quite literally PUSHED me out the door. I was completely thrown off by the disgusting & abusive unprofessionalism. So, admittedly & very annoyingly, I knocked on the door (calmly & collected). She opened the door & I tried expressing my discomfort of how she handled me, at which point she put BOTH of her hands on me & that is something I CANNOT understand nor feel like should be allowed. Miss Jennifer has been absolutely unprofessional & dangerous & I quite honestly hope something is done about her behavior. The establishment as a whole has been so accommodating & comforting. Miss Jennifer is a danger to the brand.

We were waiting to be seated, wehad never been to Dylans before. The waitress Saw us and went the other way. If I could give you a zero hero's award you would win. The music,was way to loud.won't be back ever in LIFE.
Wednesday evening, not busy, took 30 minutes for our waitress to come around. Table next to our had 4 visits from their waitress in the same amount of time. Food brought out by kitchen staff, told us they couldn't help us with condiments or another drink so I went to the bar and bought a beer, when I returned our waitress acted upset that I couldn't wait another 25 minutes for her to reappear. My steak and a tart taste and I couldn't even finish it, or even wanted to take home the left overs. When the manager came over to our table, we explained the horrible service we were experiencing and he just turned and walked away. This was the first time EVER, that I left $0 tip. Great atmosphere, shame the service and food was very subpar.

Be aware, smoking is allowed in bar. You will come out smelling like cigarettes. Other than that, the people (customer base & staff) seem friendly and the drinks are friendlier to your wallet than most any other place I've been. If you can hang with the smoke, then I recommend it.
