Good lord where do I start. Pizza cold as could be. Tougher than a rubber tire, no sauce with cheese sticks. Working there can't be that hard or mabey it is. To me can't be that hard did this job 17 years ago and was easy as hell then. Probably help if management actually did there job. Corporate gonna love this phone call. Do your self a favor order anywhere else.

We ordered a pizza with extra cheese and also the large slice or six slice pizza. What upset me is that cheese was not like it looks on the picture and in fact it had hardly no cheese on it and we ordered extra cheese. The pizza didn't taste good at all We wind up throwing $41 dollarsi n the garbage. Never again why ever eat Pizza Hut.

We had ordered pizza and unfortunately, it was the wrong size and the wrong everything. But it was late so we made do. We went back the next morning and the manager was very pleasant about it. He apologized for the mix up took complete responsibility for the error of his staff and made it right.It was quite refreshing and earned our continued business
After having had a bad experience with them using other than Pizza Hut delivery drivers, I was pleasantly pleased with this establishment and how they handled my carryout order. Management was top notch.

I ordered a pizza over the phone with my card and was charged $24.99 plus $5.00 tip for the driver...then the driver shows up and my nephew 11 years old a Minor..hands him $20.00 thinking the pizza needed to be paid...I called the manager and he tells me that the driver has no way of knowing if the pizza ticket says paid for..now if that was the case..then if the driver took $20.00 from my nephew .then he the driver should ask for more money to complete the$30.00 dollars...the store manager told me we are not getting the money back.. because it's the driver's word against(mine) the customer! Well there you go .poor customer service..you lost a customer for being greedy thieves! I will tell my people not to buy from you..you should educate your people....to be honest!
