The food is good and you can prepare it to your liking with the ingredients you want. Only the place is a little uncomfortable in the ordering area. The workers are friendly and bilingual. I would definitely return again

Staff members were rude and showed no effort in servicing me when I entered. There was no greeting, which I didn’t initially take offenses to. There were two servers and neither asked for my order after I was there 5 minutes. It looked like they were trying to close early if I’m being honest.

Tried to go in (it's 8 oclock) pulled in with my wife and saw a girl vaping behind the counter. Get up to the door and it's locked and she's nowhere to be seen. Will be calling management after the holiday.

Not sure if employees were told to put (((small quantities))) of food in a sandwich or they are doing it on their own!!! Either this is frustrating.I work for motiva next door and I love subway but have to stop coming to this place because it’s not worth it. Take your business away

Ordered a footlong sandwich and the topping she puts on there is like three onions two pickles couple black olives super-tight with the toppings do not recommend this place at all not to mention the sandwich was $15

I just want to say thank you to Mr. Patel and his staff. We had an unexpected death in the family and needed an inexpensive food option for the repast. I called on Tuesday before New Years Eve. He called me back the same day. He was able to fulfill our order for 200 boxes by that Friday. Everything was fresh and packaged beautifully. Thank you for making this stress-free.

I was not asking for excuses. More leaning toward some type of genuine customer service. The whole situation could have been avoided had you had proper signage. In the end that was waste for you and I was pretty upset because had I known the correct info I would have ordered differently. I absolutely stand on my previous statement the customer service has really taken a turn.Came in and made sure I read all the signage concerning coupons. Ordered my sandwich and presented coupon to be told "I cant accpet a coupon for that sandwich". I said thats not what the sign says. He says well my manager Patel says no. So I said ok and he said so you dont want the sandwich? I aaid no I dont and left. I can spend my money elsewhere. I used to frequent this particular store but the customer service has changed drastically. Last time I ordered and the actual manager made it wrong from an online order. She then said to bring it back. Gas prices are too high to inconvenience people in such a way. I tried one more time and this happened. I will not be back to this one.
