Just ordered a Club and had it delivered! Best damn sandwich I have ever bought there! Way to go Subway!

They only seem to have one person working at lunch so if it's busy you will be waiting a little. Other then that they are friendly and clean establishment.

Didn't get a chance to try the food, Google said it opened at 8 so I was there at 8:10 a.m. but the sign on the door so they open at 8:30 so I stayed until 8:40 but nobody still ever came then I had to go to work ?

Staff was great but I was upset because I could not understand why the owner does not accept SUBWAY coupons at SUBWAY. That's crazy and that is why I will NOT be returning.

I had an issue at this location 4 weeks ago that still has not been resolved. Seems to be the new norm when there is no longer a 1800 customer service number. I had ordered ahead and paid on the app but arrived before the order was scheduled to be completed. I asked if it could be made while I waited and was informed that they had not received the order. I verified the address matched the location I ordered from on the app and showed the employee the order confirmation code. When the employee was unable to find the order in the computer system she indicated I could request a refund from corporate.

Called before I went to make sure they honored coupons, no answer. I went and was told when I got there they don't honor coupons and there was a copy of the coupons on the glass where you order say9ng they don't take them. I told the two people there I called the number and no one answered. They said the phone didn't ring. I asked what the number was and was told they didn't know. I asked the person there to call her phone from the store phone and she said she didn't know her own number(??). Since I drove there I didn't have time to go anywhere else. I paid $12.98 for one sandwich when I had a coupon to get two for $12.99 so I see why they do not take coupons. They could have put the sign about not taking coupons on the front door but I guess they figure people already in there like I was will go ahead and order. That is a pitiful reason to make money. I won't go back again.

Placed an order online. Tried to get it delivered never order but they charged my card. No food.cant even contact the store. Don't answer the phone. You can bet when I walk in there tomorrow I'm getting my money back

Went and ordered a sandwich, didn’t even cut it all the way through and very sloppily and messily made my sandwich. I can’t even eat this abomination
7:48 on Saturday. Sign says closes at 9. But for some reason all chairs up on tables with door locked. Guess this is just Port Arthur's style...

Mr boss don’t know how to do math. I’ve worked at subway before. 4 slices on 6 inch and 8 for a 12inch. Added slice(s) for a deluxe. I asked for a 6inch ham DELUXE and only got 4 slices. Apparently if they get meat that’s “thicker” they don’t put the amount that is supposed to go on the sandwich. NEVER have I heard this before. The owner just wants to make his own rules. Also when doing the sauces it’s only 1,2,3 lines. Extra if customer asked for extra, etc. The employee literally put 10 lines of mayonnaise that I didn’t ask for. I told him only 3 lines Is how it’s supposed to be prepared. He told me it’s how ever much I want, well I didn’t ask for that much AT ALL! Nederland Ave location is the only one that knows what they are doing
