Had the brisket sandwich yesterday very good! He makes his own pickles also ( I don’t like pickles) he told me he made his own so I tried it and they are really good they have a little spicy kick to it that I loved. I’d eat there again. Brisket was tender and flavorful. He is also super nice and fun to talk to. ( I commented this also but I also wanted to review.)
I was visiting from South Carolina and stopped by. I was very please and amazed at how fresh and tasty everything was. The sausage were some of the best I've ever had,there was so many flavors that I didn't know was possible. The brisket was so juicy and good. Plus I learned he does everything homemade from the sauces to the meats. I highly highly recommend this to ANYONE who loves some good Bar B Que. Also was very friendly and informative. You have to try this place out and enjoy good food and good music !!!!

I stumbled upon this food truck while looking for another one. But, I decided to try it anyway. & I’m glad I did! The brisket sandwich was SO GOOD & the Almost Gone Sauce is one of the best BBQ sauces that I’ve ever tasted! The brisket itself was tender, juicy, and had its own flavor as well! I can’t wait to go back!
