Service was good and food was great. Definitely will keep coming back to this place. I totally recommend this place. Margaritas were awesome ?

Let me say. Food was great. But service was HORRIBLE, which means a lot. Never had a problem in Bridge City restaurant. This was first time at the one in Port Arthur. The restaurant wasn't even busy. Queso came out and no chips or hot sauce was even served. Drinks came out, missing the extra straws. That took 15min to get. Food came out and missing one of the childrens order. Had to wait on that. Chips were empty and the queso we ordered was cold. Never came by to ask if needed more chips. Never asked if food was ok. Never checked if we needed refills. Had to go find our own to go carton. Had to stop the waitress to get our check. Me and my wife waited tables for years so we know the struggles of people and being in the weeds. This had none of that. Just HORRIBLE service.

Nice restaurant. Close to the hotels. All the staff were practicing the mandates for COVID. Food was great! Quick service. Waiter was very friendly. Did not have an issue. Food was hot and tasted great. Beer was cold. Would definitely be back.

Meh, there was no buffet so I had to order from the menu. It wasn't bad, but wasn't good either. Maybe my expectations were just too high being that it was the first time for me to sit down in a restaurant since social isolation became a thing. Waitress was very nice though.

Ordered take out and was delivered thru Waiterapp. No utensils to eat with were in the bag. I called the restaurant and they offered no help. Won't be eating from there again.
