The food was a disappointment as was the service. Over 45 minutes to get our To-Go order of “Alaskan Pollock” ( plain frozen locally bought fish fillets), a fried instead of grilled chicken nugget salad ( with 4 tiny pieces of over-fried nuggets) and equally over-fried 6 pc chicken fingers. We came recently on a week night, and since it was already late, we did not return to the eatery. Next day, I did return to air my disappointment. No one wanted to listen, as the manager was much too busy to talk to me.Please save yourself a trip to Port L DQ. Try Whataburger or Burger King instead for greasy fast food. This is definitely not “what I Love about Texas.”

Customers are always right when they let you know what the want or not want on their burger. Didn't happen to me but I watch a customer as she was trying to explain and the lady behind the counter was argumentive with her! Never should of questioned it. Just exchange it with a smile and apologize.

The woman that took our order needs to find another place to be because she hates here. Ordered a chocolate malt, no chocolate or malt. Banana split with minimal toppings.

Stopped by here 4 times within 2 weeks for ice cream cones solely and with friends. Service each time was enjoyable and quick. Restrooms were very clean and well stocked and sanitized. Will continue to revisit whenever in the area
