Lately this location has been hit or miss. I've come one day and the chicken has been delicious, and then the next time I come it will taste like it's been sitting there for a while, or the gravy is like water. I will say this- if you get bad food, if you call the store they will make it right.If you live in Port Neches it's a good location, and the staff are always polite and fast. Ordered two meals of chicken strips. One spicy and one regular. Both with biscuits. When I got home I had no spicy and a roll. The chicken was good and tender this time, but about half the time we order from here the chicken is overcooked.

I was visiting Texas after moving away a couple months ago, and something I never thought to miss was Chicken Express. The spicy tenders hit so hard. I’ve been to some bad Chicken Es, but this was not one of them. 10/10 recommend.
