Drive thru Chicken Nuggets was cooked with hair. I was chewing Chicken Nuggets and I felt hair in my mouth…spit it all out and hair was all wrapped in them ????????

My spouse had the mushroom Swiss burger, either the burgers shrunk or maybe it’s the special burger. It was much smaller than anticipated but he said it was delicious and had plenty of mushrooms, he totally enjoyed the fresh burger. I on the other hand, used my code and ordered it the original chicken sandwich. After taking a couple bites I just couldn’t get past the smell. This was my experience! Please stop by and I hope you enjoy your experience.Vegetarian options: Only a veggie burger that I’m familiar with however there might be more

Has been a while I haven't been to a Burger King due to bad service but here at this location it was a really different experience Erik helped us out and he did an amazing job getting our order if I had a business I would definitely hire him he deserves a raise on his pay and definitely this location should be grateful they have him I would definitely be back to this specific location again thank you erik!

Each of the last 2 times I've gone through the drive_thru (the last time was 4 days ago), they've gotten my order wrong. The first visit, I told them 3 times that I needed my Whopper to be without cheese (allergy concern). They assured me that they heard me but my burger still came with cheese. The last visit, they put something completely different than what we ordered in the bag. The same employee was working the drive-thru window each time we visited. She was clearly distracted and just saying "Ok" to anything anyone said to her.

Sick for two to three days, the whole family.We ordered food and took it home.Myself and my family were all sick for two to three days.It was on it Friday and these gentlemen were working in there.We will never go there again.Some ladies used to work there and the food was fine we used to eat there.Keep you and your family away from here.I feel so ashamed to my family for have taken him there and got them sick.Talk about a bad weekend.This happened on a Friday.

Food was okay. I usually like Burger King but this location tasted off. There were ants crawling on and around the trash can. Not one or two ants, a moderate infestation. Unacceptable in the food service industry.
The employees seem like they hate their job act rude and stand offish. There was literallyno hello or how are you when I walked up to the register was rude when I asked questionsand he didn'tsay anythingjust stared at me when I was done and had paid. And I'm sorry but that rubs off onto us customers the reason I gave 3 stars instead of one is because the food was good and hot.

Staff just wasn't the fastest. For some reason, not sure if it was the equipment used, or what, but they could barely understand me. This never happens to me anywhere - I'm very good with annunciation, so I'm not sure what was going on. It seemed more like the staff wasn't paying attention when I was ordering, and upon getting to the window, I could see that they weren't very active or quick about doing anything. Just definitely not the best Burger King I've been to.

Ordered a double cheeseburger with bacon and she put in a double whopper with bacon. I didn't want a bigger burger and wound up throwing about half away. Kinda shame in me because I didn't catch it when I ordered, but that little screen is so small and I didn't think to check the receipt as I ordered other items too. Just disappointed I paid for a bigger burger then threw it away.
