This place used to be really good and the customer service was second to none. I am not sure what has happened but the past few times that I have been here the service has been very bad. They open late all the time and this time they opened late and it took over an hour to get our 8lbs of crawfish. Something has changed and it is unfortunately not for the better. The food is great and has always been great but an hour wait for crawfish with 5 people in the whole place is ridiculous. I won’t be back here for a while until something changes.

3 times in a row we have shown up and they have failed to actually be open on time. We ordered crawfish over an hour ago and still have no received it. This new manager is going to run this place in the ground. Completely no reason why it takes an hour cook a batch of crawfish and there’s only 4 customers here

No garlic I asked the lady for garlic spicy and bomb she told me she would do bomb with garlic and didn’t crawfish seemed frozen

Crawfish had zero spice to it and received it only barely warm in temperature. A lot of the crawfish were super mushy and the potatoes were so soft it was almost like eating a mashed potato ball.

Well, I'm back in Michigan and missing Hottail'z Crawfish!!! They make the best crawfish, corn, sausage, potatoes and mushrooms! While in Texas, I ate SIX pounds of Hottail'z crawfish and loved every single bite!!

We tried it because we were craving crawfish. The place is nice. Clean and lots of room. The crawfish were terrible. They were not cleaned and they were very small. My wife found clumps of seasoning in hers. Overall we will not go back. The size of the crawfish and overall value and flavor is not worth it. Nice clean place but that’s it.
