I ordered a classic with no sauce and got charged extra because it was "customized." How am I paying more for one less ingredient. The employee told me he couldn't input the classic with no sauce. He has to charge me for a customized one. As if he couldn't just tell the kitchen to just not put sauce on the pizza.

Can i have the other 2 pizzas I ordered? This location stole money from me today 01-27-2024. I ordered 4 pizzas and got 2. Tried calling them with no sucess. They keep you on hold for a very long time. When they do answer the phone the rush you off. Maybe if they dont hire kids to work at this location and invest in customers service, I will not be ordering from them again. I wish i could press chagers or file a police report for robbery.
Not very good…bunch of kids working…no one to man the front except when an order is ready…which was 50 min…AFTER the time they tell you it will be ready. Food was okay…poorly managed for the a day that the TEXANS played round 2 of football playoffs.

Terrible service and they can’t handle the amount of business…over and hour for a “hot n ready” pizza……and that’s after waiting patiently for the 45 minutes they quoted oh and the 10 minutes it took just to ask someone if it was ready….been like this over a year now. Even in the middle of the day it takes forever

I ordered online and when I got to the place they told me that they do not accept large bills [$100] I had to go to Walmart to change the bill and when I came back and they gave me the pizza and the wings everything was completely COLD my appetite completely disappeared ,And the lady who helped me was not friendly.That they have staff who speak Spanish seems good to me ?And they also make you wait a long time
