We had a horrible experience, there were 7 of us. And we waited 2 hours for our food, the manager Louis was very rude when we called about our wait. And acted like he did not care. We will not be going back.

First time visit. Will definitely be going again. The atmosphere for an impromptu dinner date with my wife was perfect. The service was excellent as well. Very attentive. The food was fantastic and served hot. Very much worth the pricing.

I've been to this place a couple of times (i live nearby), and it was not even close to excellent. Once is an accident, twice is a mistake. Fool me once.....I enjoy reading the reviews because the owner likes to argue with every bad review. Take a hint and improve your menu, quality, and service. You are a prime candidate for a Menu Makeover .I do get a good laugh over some of the owner responses. You might want to re-think your business model. I can't wait to hear the owner response. We also saw the way other customers were treated after leaving honest reviews and didn't want to deal with that type of response in person. Customers have continually commented on the food quality and it seems nothing has changed. What would a conversation in person have changed?****I should have paid attention to the other reviews. Sauces were all watery. "Homemade" meatballs may have been homemicrowaved but that's about the extent of what happened to the meatballs there.Service and atmosphere were great. We had high hopes for this place.

The food here was really bad. The marinara was really watery and didn't taste like anything. My chicken was very dry, and it seemed like they microwaved the cheese on top. The pizza tasted like a lunchable.Edit: I paid my bill without complaint because i did not want free food. Despite what the owner says, sometimes complaining makes people think you want something for free. After taking only 4 bites of my food, my husband and I paid, left, and went somewhere else. I posted this review so that someone who isn't as well off as us doesn't waste their money here. I was able to afford two restaurant meals in one night, but some can not. Posting snarky comebacks to complaints instead of improving food quality is a waste of time and shows the owner's priorities
