Horrible experience, the associates have zero customer service!!!Food was ok, I probably would of enjoyed it more if the staff and atmosphere was a little more inviting!!!Super rude!!!!!!Will not be going back?

Food has no quality. The cashier Anahi was rude and always has been. Need more training on customer service. If you dont like this job, is time to change it. Food is not good, was not cooked all the way. Service is not good at all either.

Drove 15 mins from humble to kingwood for panda. Was told teriyaki chicken would be an extra 5 minutes, I agreed. Only to come home and find my plates had NO teriyaki chicken. Went back and they demanded my receipt along with only giving me my missing item. (Fair, except the inconvenience, gas, and time it took for me to come all the way back) No apologies just rude and very unapologetic. Portions were smaller than usual and not even as delish as I imagined.

Apparently, panda has change their protein portion to the beef broccoli upon yesterday afternoon stop by for a quick bite to eat. I am a regular customer I’ve been coming here for years. I was told that they could not give me extra beef to my beef broccoli, I even offered to pay for it extra the employee by the name of Carmen refused and said she could not do that. However, I was fine with that, but then I sat down to enjoy my meal and was, listening to her in the background speaking Spanish and accosting me. It was such an awful experience, and to say the least that the manager could only offer an apology. Very disappointing I will no longer be returning to this location how awful and unprofessional.
