Place the order two hours ago at 9 o’clock called him at 10:48. The man proceeded to act like he didn’t know what order I was calling for send it the order he couldn’t find my name on the order. My number was not there for the order and I know when you place the order on DoorDash it puts the person who placed the order name on the food, so if that The store he really needs to be fired because he was playing and trying to insult my intelligence because they close at 11 To make the order, they suck never will order pizza from this establishment anymore

That manager needs to be fired we sat 45 minutes before the manager took our order no tea no side orders she had a bad attitude worst service ever we go there often one guy was wearing a playboy shirt with a nude model on it the the manager went to a white car with some drivers and sat in it for awhile

Very dissatisfied with the food the customer service and the speed of service. My pizza was 30 minutes late and it was cold when I got it. Called the supervisor. Her name is Leela basically she didn’t care. I have been ordering Pizza Hut for many many years and I can tell you that this is the last time I will be ordering from the store on 1314.
I came in cuz I was really hungry. I told them I want the biggest pizza that they got. They said that they have the big New Yorker. It wasn't any bigger than any other pizza they have. All they did was cut it in 6 pieces instead of 8 pieces. I told them I want it cooked complete. I ordered a supreme. It came out very soggy. I was not very happy and I will not order it again. I will not recommend it to my family and friends.

Would give a zero star if I could! Ordered on 7/4 at 8:35pm. Said it would take until 9:01. Got a text saying DD would pick up and now it would be 9:48. DD driver given complete wrong address. Called the store. Said they were remaking and would send out. Told them to cancel. Had given the DD my correct address and he still got lost and was rude. Could NEVER get in tough w/ a manager! Said they would refund. A week later. Now I have to dispute with the bank! Pizza Hut just lost my business of DECADES!

My order had 2 pasta dishes they were both supposed to come with bread sticks there were NONE when delivered. My salad had NO dressing and you could ring the grease out of the pizza. They originally told me 6:11pm then change it to 6:33 then changed it again to 6:41 besides all that food was good but cold
