Drive thru cashier forgo5 my receipt and sandwiches. when I returned the cashier threw a fit but reluctantly gave me my sandwiches.Sandwiches were so tiny but whatever. I came on a Friday night and they were closing their dine in way earlier than usual.

Manager very rude. Was informed no toilet paper in women's bathroom. Placed order on App while in establishment. Ordered 2 different combos. I asked if they still gave senior drinks. Reply I don't know. I asked if Manager was on duty. Replied back she was the manager very sarcastic. I replied corporate would hear my experience with this Store. She replied back I don't care. Food came out Spucy chicken sandwich cold. Blackened chicken combo was hot. You could just feel sandwich thru bag. They remade spicy chicken sandwich. Gentleman only gave me one drink .. I ordered 2 combos. He apologized and gave me 2nd Coke. There was a gentleman getting more tea at counter. He told me his wings were horrible at this location.
`When I went there that was my first time dining in a restaurant look very peaceful light music was going on, the table and the servers looked happy and energetic served our dinner in a good manner food was warm and delicious we enjoyed our food and the happy environment.

The employees need to work on their customer skills they act like they don’t want to be there specially the ones in the front not smiling they don’t make customers feel welcome at all they could use a little customer service training just saying l worked in fast food a few years and is important for the business.

We used to order their Tuesday special but it went up so high that we started ordering the Chicken sandwich. We love it and it's under $5.00.
I tried the new Original Hot chicken wings and they taste very sweet. NOT what I was expecting at all!! They’ve added sugar and I haven’t had original hot wings with sugar anywhere else.

Impossible to eat at this place. EVERYTIME we go through the drive thru we wait 15 minutes before we get to the speaker to order then they put you on hold for another 10 minutes. They only have 2 cars in line. Young girls taking orders could care less. They tell u to wait 3 times so I have to drive away. I can get faster service at a sit down restaurant. Has happened the same way the last 4 attempts to eat here. They just need to get rid of this place and make it an express chicken.

Terrible experience,the manager on duty was a rude guy,my food was cold and I just don't understand the way people run a business when you are in a prime area and have a Popeyes location,if that was the Heights Houston location maybe there would be more emphasis!
