The ladies english was so broken I couldn't understand her! I kept saying "sorry I don't understand you." She spoke in spanish like she was irritated with me but it's not my fault her english isn't good. Get someone else to talk to me if I can't understand you. It's sad what america came to, people don't want to hire english speaking people anymore.

Walked in there and no one was in the counter and then a young Hispanic male walks out with a football jersey. Extremely rude and disrespectful. Mumbled some words and seemed to be very angry. He was about 18-25 age range. Ive never seen someone so unprofessional in my life. Never coming here

Worst service I’ve ever had. lady was extremely rude, mishandled food, overcharged to prove a point. Literally told me just no when I asked for something. Wildest experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant in a while. Well she made her point. customer service isn’t needed and they don’t want the business heard loud and clear.

I went to Subway, located at 2263 Northpark Dr., Kingwood Dr. to pick up lunch. The employee put my sandwich in the oven and proceeded to make another employee's sub.When I got home, the back of my sub was extremely hard. You can literally knock on it. I called Subway to let them know, but no one answered. I put wrapped the sandwich back in the bag. After work, I went back to the Subway. I took the sub which I only took one bite of and the receipt. I told the employee that I needed my sub made over because it was hard. She looked and me and stared. I proceeded to tell her I had my receipt and the sub. She asked how long did I wait to eat it. I explained that I picked it up for lunch and went home to eat it. Then she asked what store did it go to? Was I sure I was at the right store? I said ma'am you have the receipt in your hand. She then asked what time I got it; again I said you have my receipt in your hand. She then asked for my name. I said why would you need my name if I came into the store. She laid the receipt down and walked off. At that time about 5 young females came from the back. All of them look perplexed. One of them then proceeded to call someone and they told her to tell me I couldn't get a refund today I would have to come back tomorrow. I was frustrated at this point. So, I told them either they can make my sub over or give me a refund. Another employee who was very apologetic offered to make the sub for me while the other 5 ladies gathered in the back to talk. While the employee was making my sub the lady that took my receipt and sub from me was standing there whispering in her ear while I was standing there. I hope this reaches hands of someone who will address this issue. I have never been so humiliated in my life. Subway2263 Northpark DrKingwood, TX 77339United States

Good sandwich but too little cheese. It said 2X cheese. But very little cheese on one sandwich and none on the other.The cheese is my favorite part and it sucks that I couldn't enjoy it. I had it delivered so I couldn't even drive up there so they can fix it.Next time I guess I'm going somewhere else. ?

Order two sandwiches on the app. Requested on both for sauce and they only put sauce on my second sandwich. Place looked empty when i got there and sandwiches looked like it been sitting there for awhile and cold. They can try to care for the customers order a little more.

I got home with my order and it was wrong, I called the girl working there, Stephanie, she was rude and she hung up on me, when I called back she once again hung up on me then took the phone off the hook, after a while I called back, I told her I would be reporting her. She needs customer service training.

0 stars to who ever was working on 4/10/22 i got my regular spicy Italian as always but that day it tasted funny I only ate a few bites and that was the last time I ate solid food in the past two day . I should've know not to get the sandwich since the girl making it had a bad attitude
