Sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes, cashier got 1 drink wrong, then she forgot our blizzards. When she came back out she came back with only 1 blizzard and told us that she forgot to charge for the other blizzard after she repeated our order back to us. She rolled her eyes at us many times when we kept telling her things were wrong.
Best Dairy Queen around! I live in Corpus but will not order anything from DQ here. The Portland DQ uses fresh oil, the gravy is thick and tastes really good. The fried food tastes the way fried food should! I highly recommend this DQ. Kudos to the owner and staff!
Waited almost 30 minutes for a number 4 and a kids burger meal. The burger's were cold, the cheese wasn't even melted on the patty. Terrible. Poor quality of food service.
Waited in the drive through line for 15 minutes for one blizzard. Two cars ahead of me. Sat behind one car for 10 minutes. Why didn't they just tell that customer to park???? It was 8 pm and restraurant had a lot of staff working.

Kudos to Mr. Derek ?? I had an early morning service to the Portland Dairy Queen and he was ready to greet me, and give great interaction and asked general questions pertaining to the business. I also complimented Derek, on the cleanliness and all his hard work, as he has put 100% in his new endeavor. Kudos to Derek and entire staff ?

It pains me to give this negative review DQ usually hits it out of the park but Johnlee told me I couldn't get my strawberry blizzard unblinded when everyone else just does It. I like to get it one you more and to I love strawberry chunks sundae usually just end up making a mess which is what I ended up with they one one block
