Called to place a order was on wait for over 20 mins. Hung up mad order online. Got no text update until over 30 mins. Drove over, went in to see if they revieved my order and they told me we are about to put it in. Absolutely ridiculous. Terrible customer service and slow delivery process.

Got a thin and crunchy medium pizza. Half Extravaganza that had everything in a large mound along the edge, and half double pepperoni jalapeno. The pizza was only cut twice and not in the direction to divide the pizza with the different toppings. Since we were at a motel there wasn't a knife so we basically tore our pizza in half. Disappointed. Should have made the drive to Aransas Pass where the pizza and service never disappoint.

The pizzas don't have the same taste. I used to like them. Also, lately they always miss something on the pizza or it's burnt and when I tell them I have to wait extra time for them to remake it. They need to pay more attention when they make the pizza .

It has been so long since we've been treated with above and beyond customer service. This location earned their 5 stars based on their SINCERE customer service, and the food was also excellent. I couldn't take a pic because we cheated and the pizza didn't make it home. Good thing we bought the marbled brownie for dessert! Thank you Domino's in Portland. We appreciate you.

I ordered on the Dominos app. I get a call less than 5 minutes later to be told by a woman who is coughing so hard she can barely tell me she is cancelling my order. She said she had to send all the drivers home. This is not a good way to run your business.
