Pizza was essentially really good in a way, but wait time was way too long when ordered ahead. Lady yelled at the kid at the counter to get back at work when the kid was talking to me about my order, that's not a manager, and these employees are poorly led by managers who abuse them for lil pay. No matter the bad service, and kinda messed up pizza I am still respectful and greatful. But management needs work, I've seen them hand out and give away the wrong orders to people.

The current crew is not working out. Yesterday I ordered online, got home to find a def older pizza. Today, trying to get that pizza craving completed, the crew failed to get my order in. As a walk in. Geez. 45 minutes of my life gone. Zip. Driving off with Taco Bell literally now. Try later folks.

Walked in at 9 pm and only one person was working. I waited 10 minutes before I called out to her "Excuse me ma'am," because she wasn't attending the front. I then asked her if I could place an order since the phone wasn't being answered to order in advance. She denied me and continued working in slow motion slicing a pizza. DO BETTER.
The ladies that work there are very sweet and helpful! They deserve raises!

I'm a Favor delivery driver. I told the girl at the front what order I was there to pick up, she said okay and went back to her phone. I sat down and waited, noticing pizzas waiting on the rack but didn't assume they were mine. 10 minutes pass, the girl is still on her phone, laughing and showing other workers her phone. She finally grabs the pizzas that have been sitting on the rack since I arrived and hand them to me, not even looking at me while doing so. I hate to be THAT guy, but that was extremely unprofessional and frustrating. Will not be returning.

You want a regular pepperoni pizza they always say they don't have that you could get the more expensive one why say hot and ready pepperoni pizza when you only have the extra mostbestes but you can wait for 10 to 15 minutes

Lazy person working (white,chunky,& short …. I asked her for pizza and crazy bread she said she had nothing left and that she wasn’t making me pizza or the people behind me … and there was no crazy breadMeanwhile a woman comes in and says my order still isn’t ready ? The girl replied “Nope im the only one here” !!! Come on if you work somewhere your supposed to help the customers not refuse service !!! What a waste of time and I came from ingleside !
