Not the best McDonalds that I have been to, but definitely not the worst. It's way better than the Aransas Pass location. If they spent the time to properly clean the kitchen and lobby, I would give a higher rating.

Slow service. Dirty store. This store in never open late at night. I have tried to get breakfast at 4am several times. Only to find out the store is closed. They claim they can't get people to work. Well either pay more or shut off the app. I have talked to the regional office and they say that the manager will call me. NEVER HAPPENS. I went in today so I could let my grand kids play. Food sat at the counter when the app said it would be brought out to our table. If I have to do your job by placing the order on an app. Then getting my own food then I want an employee discount. If you are a traveler there is a Whattaburger across the highway. Portland is getting several restaurants in the next few months. I hope corporate shuts this one down.

If I could give 0 stars for service I would. Nobody wears gloves when cooking the food. The burgers are just frozen hockey pucks. The oil is barely changed out. And the customer service is absolutely horrendous. I have no idea who the current operation partner but this is ridiculous. Corporate should really change who is running their facility.

No one was taking orders or came to the front at all. I ordered from the kiosk and just never got my food. We stuck around for 30 minutes and didn't hear an employee talk to anyone. I've never seen such disregard for customers. I ended up just leaving and I guess McDonalds just gets $15 for zero service and I have to deal with it. Worst customer service I've ever witnessed.

The mismanagement of this place is its sole problem! The owners don’t care or don’t know how to fix it! 2/12/2024 10:55 am we pulled up to get breakfast with 5 minutes to spare and one car in front of me that had to keep repeating their order because the kid inside kept screwing it up. Finally pulled up to menu to place order and it switched to lunch! Explained what happened asked if we could get breakfast ( a microwaved pre made breakfast sandwich) was told no! Asked to speak to the manager who in turn blamed it on corporate like all the breakfast was locked up and she didn’t have the key! ? when I called her out and said it was the slow person running the drive thru that caused this she went into straight up woke hoodlum that was the victim and I was the problem leaning out the drive through window yelling and acting like an immature, illiterate hood rat! That then turned to threats when I said “well this is what reviews are for”! It was extremely embarrassing!! This person isn’t fit to be allowed around any customers anywhere! After reading all the bad reviews on this place my advice, I’m not a local resident, I’d take all these complaints along with the lack of a timely resolution by McDonald’s corporation on these issues to the city council and request that the remove their business license until they get their act together and remove the unprofessional, illiterate management/owners! I will not be returning to any McDonald’s til this matter has been handled!!

The people at this place are a bunch of kids with no respect or pride for their job. My husband and I have alternately dealt with wait times of 10 min or more waiting at drive through with no response or apology for the wait. Instead all we get is disrespect and arrogance. The managers are no better than these kids they are supposedly teaching. It's a sad world now days. Maybe one day we can get some good service again.

The service here is horrible. HORRIBLE!!!! I've been sitting here at the drive through waiting for them to take my order and it's been 8 minutes, they have skipped me twice and then they take forever to get the food ready. I suggest you order online if you have to eat here.

This has to be the worst McDonald's in the area hands down. Nobody greets you it takes forever to get help from anyone. Just use the extra gas and drive to aransas if you want great service.
