yet again the same driver asked me for a tip I didn’t order the pizza or had cash on me then kept asking me “is there anything you wanna leave for me or the driver” more than 3 times then he gets in his car n starts honking while driving away this isn’t the first time I complain about this driver so annoying

Ordered online with a Free pizza coupon that i had recieved from Pizza Hut for filling out a survey from a previous delivery order from the same store (pizza was cold when i recieved it). So today at the store i was given some excuses by the “GM” on why that coupon wasnt valid and i had to pay. One was it was probably a scam and the second was you have to order through the app to be valid. The redeem coupon took me straight to the website to order which is how i ordered it. Waste of time!

Order 2 pizzas and a sandwich online. They called to tell me they discontinued the sandwiches. I asked if I could just replace it with something else and they said all they could do was give me cinnamon buns! That's the stupidest thing I've ever heard. Sounds like straight incompetence if you ask me or laziness. Then I either had to cancel my entire order or get a store credit for my sandwich so I canceled the entire order and now I have to wait 3 days to get my money back. Horrible place

One waitress for the whole restarant, and she had to work the take out counter, also. Took forever to get the pizza. Then charged dine-in for cheese and pepper and ranch. And didn't give and serve ware. Had to ask for plates and napkins. Finally had to go get forks, they were plastic and no knives. Had to use or pocket knives to cut or food. This was beyond ridiculous.
