Kind of slow but decent food. Good place to stop on your way through town, but not if you're in a hurry.

This place and the folks behind the counter are just too stinking cute! You step in the past the moment you step through the door. ❤️

Certainly a better burger than McDonalds, but be prepared to wait 40 minutes for it. Fries and tater tots were not that great, just standard freezer-section fare.

I wish I could say this was a great experience, but it was not! Called in our order because we couldn’t get a “carhop” parking spot. I was told 30 minutes. For a burger, 2 orders of tots, one with chili and cheese and a banana split. 45 minutes later we were told they’re working on it. Just passing through, we left! Service has to improve in my opinion! The last straw was seeing someone drive up and shortly received their order! I guess if you have all day, it may be a great place. We will probably never try again!!

This food is kinda bad which is weird because the whole restaurant is just women and women are supposed to know how to cook good.

Traveling in "Outer Space" West Texas....Stops are few and present a plexus...That, as you know, is an intricate network of Allsup's StationsWhere the rations are suspect...Limited to candy bars, a banna tree, coffee, and salt laided snack food that is truly a witch's brew.......So the Holly Drive Inn in Post is an out of the past dinner,That could not be finer....stop here if you want to be freeof Allsup's - for the grilled food, soft serve, and service are all tops.....

Hollys has atmosphere like a 1950s burger shop. The burgers are very good and the onion rings I ordered were crispy and not greasy. I would recommend doing yourself a favor if you ever drive through Post Texas and stop in for a burger!

Had outside car hop service. We were attended to very quickly. The attendant was very polite. She took our order, 2 cheeseburgers, 2 fries & 2 cokes. The burgers were freshly made & good but a little dry. The fries were good. I guess after I thought about it the bill was a little high. $23. Cheeseburger was $4 ea and fries $2.50 ea and I don't know how much the coke was!! Thats $13. Were the cokes $10?? I guess I should have asked questions!!! Oh well! So be it. I probably would go back.

Driving through from NM and stopped at Holly's based on the reviews - great burgers and fries! The carhop was the granddaughter of the owner and was very friendly and courteous. Recommend 100%!

Great service, good food, and good value. We stopped here in Route to Dallas and we were pleasantly surprised. The best part is that it's a family business. We recommend the cheese burgers and chicken burgers. The restaurant has a Happy Days kinda vibe.

While traveling to San Antonio we stopped for a quick bite. I had hamburgers with fries. Wife had Tacos. Both really good. Great local place!
