I love the peaceful atmosphere, the waitstaff are always pleasant and displayed good customer service. The food is great! Every time I dine I usually order the same thing, but as of lately I've been trying other food options and so far my favorite meals are the Florentine Salmon, Ms.Jay's Cajun Pasta, and the Chicken & Waffles with a raspberry sweet tea. I enjoy dining outside on the well shaded patio area just to enjoy lunch/dinner outside when the weathers nice and heated. This is my favorite spot to eat in Prairie View! I highly recommend this restaurant.

This is a pretty quiet restaurant with good food. The quality of the food fluctuates throughout the year, but it's still good overall. I come here from time to time, but it's most fun to come during karaoke night. There's also a full bar and they have really good drinks. One of the best spots in Prairie View.

I have to give this place a 5 star because the food is SO divine it send me to cloud nine every time lol. Bistro 1876 feeds my soul....It's my favorite place to dine when I'm on The Hill. The Bistro is a nice, quiet, peaceful establishment -- the service is good and the food is even better. If you happen to drop by make sure you try the the grilled salmon with Florentine sauce and a sweet tea! Be sure to get a loyalty card too because for every 5 meals the 6th one is on them. Tell them @SanericaD sent you (wink, wink).
