Went downhill since then. Every. Time. I order something, it’s NEVER READY. I always end up waiting 5-10 minutes for my food. The latest time and THE LAST I will ever go, was when I placed an online order. I was given a pick up time and still arrived 10 mins later to just tell me that the food wasn’t ready. The girl said 5 minutes but end up waiting 15 minutes! I was so mad, I think they forgot about me. I went during my lunch time on a Saturday at about noon. I went back through the drive thru and told them that i was NOT going to leave this window until my food was ready. Finally got it but by then the rest of the food was so cold. I complained again but they said only apologized like they always do, but refund was given or excuse. Nope. Last straw, deleting the app as well.

I order 3 plates, the rice wasn't cooked right, the orange chicken and the sweet and sour chicken were old, cold, taste. It's bad that they don't serve fresh food, "WE ARE BUYING THE FOOD, IT'S NOT A GIFT, TO RECEIVE TRASH"!

I don’t write reviews often if ever but feel the need to write one this time. I stopped in on 3/31/24 to grab food before heading off to the grocery store. My problem isn’t with quality of food or service but rather with the way the manager on duty spoke to other employees and sat back in kitchen sipping his Dutch bros coffee, which I know is a no-no from working in the industry, sticking a fork in food and eating it right at the counter. The Employee simply asked “How long on egg rolls” and he responded in a tone that even made me feel stupid “Well I just put them down, sooooo 11 minutes.” I found it very unprofessional, they way he talked to people, his overall attitude, and the amount of goofing off. Before I left I asked a employee what his name was and they told me it was Joakim. Panda Management needs to get this young man under control, and teach him how to be a manager in a professional manner.

I walked into the panda express was not greeted at all. Stood in front of one of the workers who h was a guy. Her never acknowledged I was standing there. Stood there for 10 mins not a word. Didn't even get to order I hate living out here because we get treated so different. All I wanted a small thing of rice. I will never go there again. Could of least say hello and ask what I needed..

They never have our favorite foods..always out of teriyaki chicken or beef or....Seems like they are out of something every time we go there.I give up.
The food was so good. The customer service was excellent! We enjoyed our meal and will be back. THANKS!
