Ordered the Texas double Whopper. This isn't my first visit to this location. My last 2 visits and my orders were wrong. My burger was missing the bacon and jalapeños. I can understand making simple mistakes, but this was twice in a row. The person at the window even verified my order.

Wanted a whopper today, but found the doors locked without notice. Employees were inside serving the drive through, but there was no sign to indicate the dinning room was closed, nor any employee paying attention to the door.Had to go elsewhere to eat.

I ordered just three Burgers Online! 5 min before I came and after that I waited 10 min more! There was only two people waiting orders!
Typical Burger King restaurant as far as food offerings. The service is quite slow and the staff seem to have no sense of urgency even at the drive thru. Several times I have had to wait more than 10 minutes at the pick up window while my order was being prepared. These orders were placed via the app about 10 minutes earlier than my arrival to the window. My most recent pickup they had deleted my online order and needed my phone to fulfill the order. Would not recommend this location due to their poor service. Otherwise it is atypical of any other Burger King location.

There was nobody in the drive thru line nor inside. My family and I decided to go eat inside.When someone finally came up to the counter to take our order, I was confused as to why this girl had such long nails and working in food Service.Order placed and we had to wait 30 mins to get it.All while the 3 employees working were standing around gossiping..One finally made our sandwiches and the other bagged up our fries. Only for it to sit there in bags on the counter for another 10 mins because they never dropped the chicken fries. They started talking again.Once they realized that I was standing there watching them, one of the girls finally said to drop the chicken.Heavily debated on going back there and making my family's food myself.Only 1 employee was actually wearing shoes. The other 2 in slippers.When finally received our food the only thing hot was the chicken fries. Everything else was lukewarm at best.

I should have known better, THIRD time I've tried to order from Uber eats and they never get it right. Ordered 2 combo meals and ONLY received 2 drinks. You call the number and it says unavailable, go to place itself the inside is closed and drive thru having issues.. AGAIN... NEVER ORDERING FROM ANOTHER BURGER KING AGAIN. This ONE location has ruined them all for me.
